Premier Garage / 360 Solutions, LLC, applied a epoxy coating & grit on our garage floor September 2016....they also applied a rubber gasket strip across the front/entry of the garage to prevent water from seeping into the garage after rains. They also provided us with a 10 YEAR WARRANTY (in writing). What has transpired since then is as follows. The garage floor has begun staining, turning parts of the floor from gray to a milky white. It appears to me and to the tech he sent out, that the rubber gasket that they installed has prevented rain-water that drips from our vehicles once parked in the garage after storms, from flowing back OUT of the garage....this 'standing' water has caused these 'milky-white', unsightly stains. The owner & I have discussed these issues & he has refused to fix, per the 10 year warranty (it's only been approximately 5.5 years), unless I pay him $250 to do do...this is NOT how the warranty reads at all.
