      Jedora order 185395095. I returned an item, which the vendors received on 10/18/23. Jedora has not issued a refund despite multiple emails on my part. All attempts to request a refund have been unsuccessful, and no reason has been given as to why it has gone on more than 3 weeks without issuing a refund. At this point, this dispute has dragged on for quite some time as a result of Jedora's dilatory approach to processing a refund. It is long past time for total resolution, which will be accomplished by issuing a full refund.

      On October 9, 2023, Mr. ******** placed online order 185395095 for 1BCDMA, a Tane Bolt “Y” sterling silver pendant. According to UPS tracking the order shipped from the seller’s facility on October 10, 2023, and was delivered on October 12, 2023.

      On October 13, 2023, Mr. ******** initiated a self-service return and. Our Jedora Support team did reach out to the seller of this item multiple times regarding the return and the processing of the same. Our records reflect that a full refund for order 185395095 has now been issued.

      We sincerely apologize for any delay on the part of the seller in issuing this refund, and we have further addressed return processing timeframes with the seller of this product. Our interactions related to this order are also being reviewed so that we may continue to improve our ability to serve customers who shop on the Jedora marketplace.

      We thank Mr. ******** for his patience and understanding in this matter and hope that he will allow us another opportunity to serve him.

      Date of Transaction: 7/27/2023 I ordered a men's 14k gold ring from Jedora. When it was "delivered" I received a sealed mailer with no ring and packing slip. I immediately contacted Jedora via chat to address the fact that I did not receive my ring. I was told on the date of "delivery" that an email would be sent to me to fill out a form to report the item as missing. I waited over 2 days and still had not received an email. Then I reached out to Jedora again via chat to inquire about where the form is and was told a department was reviewing my case. Days went by and I still had received no email. I reached out again with urgency as this wedding was intended to be the wedding band for my wedding at the end of August 2023. I was then met with insincere apologies and was promised that the ring would be mailed to me without filling out the form and with expedited shipping and that I was to receive an email once the ring was shipped. 3 days later I received an email saying my order was refunded. I did not authorize a refund, I simply wanted the ring for my wedding. When I reached out to customer service to inquire what happended to the promise of a replacement ring with expedited shipping. I was told my order number did not exist and only received real answers when I offered to forward the agent my order email. To me I understand that whoever has been handling my case simply swept it under the rug and deleted all evidence of my grievances. To this day I have not received a single email regarding my concerns and it has fallen on me to chat almost daily and advocate for myself in this shady deal. Finally in my last effort to gain answers I was told that all along Jedora never had a form or replacement policy, and that the ring/size I ordered is now out of stock!!!! When I asked about store credit for my immense stress I was told that there is no option for that and to be on my way as a refund was given. I am seeking a replacement ring for a comparable item from Jedora

      On July 27, 2023, Ms. ***** placed online order 183987372 for 14YCMA, a men’s 6mm double row textured wedding band in 14K yellow gold. According to USPS tracking, this order shipped on July 28, 2023, from the seller’s facility, and a package was delivered on July 31, 2023.

      On July 31, 2023, Ms. ***** contacted us and reported that she had received an empty package, with no apparent damage. Generally, when a package is received with no product and the package was not damaged in transit, we generate what we refer to as a short shipment form and mail the form to the customer for her to sign and return to us. This enables us to initiate an investigation concerning the shipment.

      In an effort to expedite the investigation and resolution, we waived the signature requirement in this case for Ms. *****. Unfortunately, the seller of the item advised us that it was unable to ship a replacement for Ms. *****’s order. This being the case, a refund was issued to Ms. ***** for order 183987372 on August 8, 2023.

      We apologize for any confusion or miscommunication with the representatives Ms. ***** spoke with. One of our Jedora Support representatives has reached out to Ms. ***** to offer her additional support and to thank her for bringing the issues she experienced to our attention. The representative also let Ms. ***** know her interactions are being reviewed so that we may continue to improve our ability to serve customers who shop on Jedora.

      We thank Ms. ***** for her patience and understanding in this matter and hope that she will allow us another opportunity to serve her.

      Jedora has refused to deliver upon their own promises.
      I would like to express my highest warning to anyone interested in ordering from this website to avoid it at all costs. 
      This website has underhanded and unethical business practices.
      Their handling of this matter has caused me to scramble at the last minute for an alternative wedding band for my wedding this month.
