We have been unable to complete Mr. Anderson’s project due to circumstances outside our scope of work. In addition, Mr. Anderson has failed to make payment as per our contract.

      Customer response

      06/28/2024

      Dear Sirs,

Please be more specific what items are outside the scope of your work as this lack of specificity provides no information.  I understand a final payment is due upon completion of the pool.  I believe I outlined very clearly the deficiencies in the pool build.  The invoice was provided on or about October 5, 2023 which was prior to pool completion.  The final electrical has not been completed, obviously a completion certificate has not been issued and the initial complaint outlines multiple deficiencies in equipment, materials and workmanship which would be unacceptable by any reasonable party.  I look forward to clarity and specificity in regard to what will bring this 34 month project to completion.

We dispute any wrongdoing in the construction and workmanship on the Anderson property, and would demand strict proof of the allegations and complaints as many of the averments made by Mr. ******** are unfounded and/or outside of the scope of work in the contract.  In addition, we would allege that Mr. ******** has breached the contract due to his failure to pay pursuant to the terms of the contract.
