Order #721393 placed 04/07/22. Order consisted of 5 of #11116a Antique Brass Lamp Finial @ $8.55 each. B&P instead 5 different finials. (Polished Brass and very ugly actually). Emails sent April 10 and 12 to customer service email. Email sent to *** ****** VP also on April 12th. Emil sent April, 14th to ***** ****** President of B&P. We have no response to any of our communications. We simply want to return the incorrect item, and have them reship the correct items. If they do not have the ACTUAL items we ordered available, then a refund of $42.75 and a return shipping label is also fine. Thank you so much for help for this small amount. ****** *******Business response

Regardless, I regret that he was not satisfied with his order. We have a very good staff but no one at B & P Lamp has a record of his complaint. We print and post our toll-free number on our website and all of our sales materials, but we have no record of his phone call. We plan to refund his full purchase and shipping to his credit card, and politely ask that he report his next customer service issue with us first, not the BBB.
