asked them fix my A/C . They stated that a wire was loose and it would be 140 to fix and operate. I paid asking if it was working before I walked out to be sure they fixed the **** I walked out and it was doing the same thing before the charge me the 140. They ran another diagnostic and said I was low on coolant and gave me another bill for two hundred and some change. Their running a scam and should have told me all the issues @ once .Business response

THE CUSTOMER WAS INFORMED WHEN HIS BELT BROKE IT PULLED THE WIRING OUT OF HIS ** COMPRESSOR AND WE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT REPAIRING THE WIRING. THE ** COMPRESSOR CAN NOT COME ON WITHOUT POWER. CUSTOMER ALSO STATED HIS ** WAS FUNCTIONAL PRIOR TO HIS BELT BREAKING. ONCE THE WIRING WAS REPAIRED IT STILL WAS NOT BLOWING COLD ** BUT THE SYSTEM WAS COMING ON AND BLOWING WARM AIR. THE VEHICLE WAS A FEW QUARTS LOW ON COOLANT. THE ** SYSTEM WILL NOT FUNCTION WITH LOW COOLANT LEVELS. ONCE COOLANT LEAK WAS REPAIRED. ** STILL WAS NOT BLOWING COLD. WE CHECKED THE ***** AND THE VEHICLE WAS A POUND LOW ON *****. WE THEN ASKED HIM HOW THE ** WAS WORKING BEFORE THE BELT BROKE AND THE CUSTOMER STATED I DO NOT REMEMBER IF IT WAS WORKING I BELIEVE IT WAS. MY TECH INFORMED HIM HE IS LOW ON ***** AND THAT WOULDNT BE CAUSED BY THE BELT BREAKING OR ANYTHING WE DID SO THE VEHICLE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BLOWING COLD. I am rejecting this response because:I was informed after my initial A. C diagnostic that a disconnected wire was my issue, and that it would be approximately a $147 to fix the ** Issue, and I agreed
When they finished the repairs and said I was good to go I asked if the a c worked before I walked out . An older sassy, gentleman laughed at me, sitting behind the desk and said, I hope so. When I got outside to my car to my surprise, the a c was blowing just as hot, if not hotter, then before they fixed it. The sassy young gentleman behind the desk, told the mechanic to run another diagnostic. They told me I was low on freon and gave me another bill for 220 some odd dollars. I feel like they were discharging me and guessing a complete rip off.

I had my car brought her mat 15th. Theyre not working with my insurance who is paying for them to do the job I have to call them each and every time they send an e mail to my insurance to get them to do their job. They told me it would be a priority in July I was fine with that but they havent even ordered parts created an invoice which my insurance needs to get the security check ****************** told me in June after my car was towed here out of pocket and sat here for a month he didnt need my work and was refusing to do it which he could have told me may 15th when I got my car towed or before it sat there for over a month. Now they ever do anything once we call them every day for a week they havent touched my car. They havent created an invoice its July 20 th. My car has been sitting there not a priority on the back burner I have a doctors appointment every day Ive been taking Lyfts everyday twice a day at least because of this and they act like Phils not there whenever I call this could have all been avoided if they said in the begginning they were too lazy to go thru insurance . Because they act like every request from my insurance such as for an invoice for the security deposit weve been waiting on since July 1st is impossible for them. At this point it feels intentional to get me to take my car somewhere else where im sure someone else will appreciate my business as its almost a 10k job but they should pay for the tow as I had to pay for a tow to sit at there shop for over tow months untouched not even ordered parts anything yet. Theyre sleazy car ppl who take advantage of ppl in a bad situation I dont have money to get it towed anywhere else and they promised me July 1 it would be a priority its not never has been and its a 10k job just stirring in the sunInitial Complaint

March 21 2023 I took my **** lexus gs430 to have the knock sensors replaced I furnished my parts. On March 31 when I received a call to state it was ready I came to pick up and noticed tht upon driving the car not really a mile down the road my check engine light came on immediately scanned it, and it's the knock sensor code again. Called dougs stated the problem told me to bring it back upon opening the hood I noticed my passenger fender was wrecked asked wht happened ***** knew and **** himself stated " he saw that but he thought it was already like that upon me bringing the car in for repair. Also asked about the knock sensor and he stated about a wire harness that was needed but it wasn't any wire harness for the car upon his description. I wasn't shown any old parts that were taken replaced I only took his word However the passenger fender was in fact repaired but the overall reason for the car being there is still existing stated to me he won't refund the $459.00 because he claimed the work was done but didn't show any proof as of to that fact. Also stated that he had to originally go back in the engine to see what the problem was and didn't state that there would be any charge for that until today April 25 almost a month later from when the car was dropped off. I feel like I was scammed in this regard a d I strongly encourage people to exercise caution when dealing with these shops
