      I'm currently stuck in your car wash. It's always closed or broken. I'd really like to have this last month refunded.

      Every time I have gone to your location to wash my car, something in the car wash malfunctions or it is closed altogether during the posted hours of operation. The attendant simply refers me to another location that is way out of my way. The last time I went through yesterday, absolutely nothing worked! There was no water, no mechanical motion, and a buzzing alarm was sounding. It did finally push me out, but I had enough time to pull up your website, figure out what to do, and leave a message before I was able to exit the wash. The attendant instructed me to go back around a second time. I was apprehensive about it, but I complied. It did activate the second time, but it kept turning off and on in a somewhat "jerky" motion. I drove off when I was ejected from the end of the tracks. For the "wash" before that, I ran through, but the water shut off at the driver's door during the final rinse leaving soap on half of my car. I tried it again three times that day if I remember correctly, only to have to go to my mom's house to hose the soap off of my car. Because I have yet to receive an effective car wash this month, I'd like to be reimbursed for the membership amount of $35 purchased on 4/15/22.

Unfortunately I am unable to issue a refund due to our usage history policy you must not have any usage during your monthly membership.

      How was I supposed to know that your carwash was not functional before I used it? I suspect everyone has had service issues, and you couldn't possibly refund everyone as it would put you out of business. I will leave a review on your site in order to warn potential customers in addition to a complaint to the better business bureau.
