      Requested a refund after an hr wait time. Emailed the business with a return email from the manager. We have given what information she's asked twice... This has went on approximately three times speaking with the manager and via emails. We wait for the refund with nothing. Last email went unresponded.

      I ordered from the Wendy's app on 5/24/24. They said they didn't have the 4 frostys and bake potatoe I ordered. Which was more than half the meal. They wanted me to take French fries instead. I said no and asked them to cancel the order. The employee said he couldn't cancel it or give me a refund. That I'll have to call and get my refund. I asked him how will they know that the order was cancelled and he said it happens all the time. To call and they'll give me a refund with no problem. The first time I called they said they would return the call and never did. After a week, I called again. That time they said they would send it to upper management for approval. After another week, I call and they said they would send me a email of another company and I'll have to get my money back from them. I didn't receive a email. I call back and they said that I must have gotten the email and said they send another one. I never got an email and every time I have called they put me on hold and hang up on me. I have called multiple times. I then go back to the Wendy's and ask to speak to a manager. The manager was completely rude. Told me that I won't be getting my money back that it was too late. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I asked for the regional managers name and she refused to give me her name as well. Tells me she's just going to tell me the same thing. Told me if I'm not buying anything that I have to leave their store. They stole my money. It's not my fault they don't have the ability to cancel the orders. The manager is not even trying to make things right, so I'm contacting the BBB to resolve the issue.

      I used the Wendys app on March 30, 2024. And upon placing an order on the app the app kept spinning I thought it was an issue with my card. So I used another card and it went through, upon checking both card statements. I was charged twice for one order. I tried reaching out to Wendys by phone I was on hold, for an hour and the phone hung up. So I decided to do chat with someone I was told my money would be refunded and it was take about 5 days. A week went by and no refund. So i emailed them and still haven't heard back. This is sad and disgusting.

      I ended up getting the money back from my bank. I didn't bother by driving back up to the store, just to be told again. I would have to get my refund through the app Wendys will never get another ***** from me.

      I order a meal on the wendys app and wendys canceled my order because of a situation at the store but I didn't receive a refund. I have spoken to 2 people and I was told 7 days to get refund and call back and someone told me 17 days and I still haven't gotten paid. I ordered food from them 4 weeks ago and it should not take this long 17 days up.

      On 8/7/23, mobile app order (email - ****************************** the store was out of the items I ordered. I requested a refund and they would not do so because it was an app order. Went to the app and did chat to request refund. They tried to do store credit, but I do not live near that store and was only there for a meeting in the area. So I requested a refund which again, I tried to at store. Emails from chat said they submitted refund. After a couple days I followed up, only to be told it's submitted but no ETA for refund but they'd check. I did not get a reply so after a week, I followed up only to be told again they didn't know and could do store credit. UNACCEPTABLE not to have ETA and continue offering a store credit I already said I'm not in area to go back. This is case #***-550554.On 8/16/23, I contacted chat again; couldn't get through phone. It took 20 minutes to connect; was told they could do app credit since taking so long on refund. I was told it was in "offers" section & able to use immediately. After disconnecting, NO CREDIT. Now I had to call back, another 20 minutes & finally got it. Placed two orders today (email: ********************** since I had existing credit along with new credit & paid difference, only to find out, THEY WERE OUT OF ALMOST MY ENTIRE ORDER!! So now, it's the same situation. Case #******** ***The problem is the cashier (Host: Ato Intf on receipt, 1:21PMCST and 1:27CST) was extremely rude, cursing, throwing stuff, raising her **********. because I didn't want something else. I asked for a different salad...they had NONE, then she gets mad at me because I don't want a burger instead of salad and another drink for frosty. Those items are not the same. So her customer service was EXTREMELY unprofessional for over 5 minutes with other customers watching. I told her I'd contact corporate, she said I don't give a ****, call them! Eventually a manager removed her but that was over 5 minutes of watching her. UNACEPPTABLE!!

      This Wendys location has refused to give me a refund for two orders totaling nearly $100. I have reached out multiple times, and the district manager refuses to get in touch with me.

      I placed an order via the Wendys app on Friday 6/24 at 6pm. My credit card was charged the $9.55. I went to the drive thru at ******************. in *******, ** as instructed to pick up the food and when I got there, an employee told me there was no order in the system for my order#*********, order name G.K. mobile. I left without my food or an apology. I submitted a complaint via Wendys customer service portal and I still havent heard back from them. I even called the customer service line and no one has answered. The chat feature doesnt work in the app. I just want my refund and an apology.

      March 13 ***** attempted to buy food from Wendy's, they said they were out of meat and they would not be able to serve for 10 -15 min. Saw all employees x3 sitting in the lobby on phones April 16*****, 6;00 p.m. tried to buy food again. Same situation they are on break and could not serve food April 27*****, 8;15 a.m. tried to buy food again and was told they were on a transition break and would not be able to serve for **** min. The manager called me a ho, b**** and other insulting names.They should be closed down until they can get employees who will work and be nice to customers.
