      I have a severe gluten allergy and cannot eat products that have any type of cross-contamination. I am a reader of all the fine print on the packages, and when I encountered *******'s Dark and Milk Chocolate *****'s Eggs, I was excited. This product did not have any gluten listed as an ingredient, nor did the package indicate it was made on equipment that could cause cross-contamination. I bought the product with confidence based on the package label. I could not understand why I had persistent and debilitating migraines for weeks following Easter. It was not until I visited the website and saw that NO ********* products in the ** are gluten free that I realized I was sick because of the couple of chocolate ********* eggs I was enjoying each day. I am shocked that this information is not printed on the label. It seems counter-intuitive for a consumer to check your website before making a purchase.

      We're sorry to hear of your unfortunate experience and would like to explain that not all items that meet the criteria for gluten free are marketed with a gluten free claim, and clarify that no ******* items are currently marketed with a gluten free claim.  The ******* Mini Eggs do not contain gluten ingredients and there are no gluten-containing items produced on the same equipment as the ******* Mini Eggs.

      This hole week has been very upsetting and stressful for me. I have maintained a positive and professional role at al times. I never made the statement to anyone that I was a lead al I thought I was doing was my job what I was told not sure where the misconstrued is coming from? ****** never introduce to the new operators there first night not me or my job title my purpose or anything. ****** have made me feel like I am beneath him I never been involved in anything I never being wrote up or in trouble i am amazing hard worker a very good production operator trying do my job and make 3rd shift the best shift. How can I do that when ****** is against me I work extremely hard to get to where I am today with the company i am very proud to say that I have a good team. I'm asking is for things to be done the right way I would like for someone in upper management team to have a meeting with the hole 3rd shift 18/40 team so everyone can get a very clear understanding what's going on. I will not tolerate the disrespect or the being mistreat by my supervisor I don't have his support I just want this to be addressed

      I am the ** Specialist tasked with responding to these types of complaints. I wanted to follow up with you regarding Case# ********. We have responded several times with the consumer, *************************, to explain why there was a prize distribution delay. The agency running the promotion, HERSHEY'S Grinchmas Sweepstakes, had to secure the gift cards individually from the local grocery store in the winner's region. It was a timely process that was not anticipated ahead of time.



      All of the prizes have been distributed.



      I apologize for not responding sooner. I am used to logging in to our account to respond and I do not have access to *********************** account who the complaint was originally directed to originally. **************** is a plant manager for a plant in ********* and I am not sure why this complaint was directed to her.



      In closing, this case has been resolved. We also sent the consumer some coupons as a goodwill gesture.
