This company was contracted, thru our home warranty company, to do a repair on one of our ac units. They came and did the inspection and they reported back.to our home warranty company that a new A coil and new condensor was required. We paid $1400 to the home warranty company for the condensor and the warranty would cover the A coil. People from Expert showed up with the condensor but told us they had the wrong A coil. We were told it would be a few weeks to get the right part. They left with the new condensor and we have tried relentlessly to get this repair done but to no results. This all started in August of 2023 and still no repair of any kind has been done. The latest communication with Expert was last month when they scheduled a repair date but due to weather, they cancelled. Since then, again no calls or communications from them. I have dates of most of the communications with Choice Home Warranty and their automated responses that the repair has been done which is a lie.Business response

You paid this to your warranty company not to Expert Heating and AC, you should be contacting your warranty company they provide the equipment, as it was stated to you the evaporator that they supplied would not fit , so we are not allowed to install half of a job , we are still waiting as you are on them to provide correct equipment, sorry for your inconvenience but you should be contacting them in regards to the money you have giving them, not us..Initial Complaint

A technician was supposed to come to our residence to fix our heat. They were contracted through ********************. They have not showed up and will not answer the phone. This complaint has been opened since 2/24/2023.Business response

So sorry for your inconvenience, but we dont do business with ********************, you simply need to contact them and request that they send out one of there vendors. This is a ******************** that we do not support.Initial Complaint

Had tech come out for home warranty repair for service. Tech said a wire had been cut and that he repaired the issue. Took our money and said the issue was fixed. System did not actually start cooling and now no response from the company. Have left a message but have not heard back.Business response

We have informed customer that the process is to contact his ******************** to let them know that they are still experiencing a issue with the ** system, the ******************** will then create a recall for us to come back out free of charge on there behalf, customer just needs to follow the ******************** procedures..
