Sneed Insurance executed a false at-fault claim against me and over charged me for Insurance policies due to my insurance rating being ruined by them. I slid off the road, the wrecker service they sent me never showed until 8 hours later, wrecker service severely damaged my vehicle and there was nothing done about it. The previous agent filed my claim as an AT FAULT, although it was determined my the traffic investigator PER POLICE REPORT that there was no contact with any object during the incident. The Body shop "Dents Away Body Shop" Cashed the insurance check and did not complete the repairs. Sneed and Auto owner's Insurance EXECUTED FALSE INSURANCE CLAIMS ISSUED CHECK WITHOUT ANY FOLLOW UP WHATSOEVER. ANYONE CAN CASH A CHECK AND NOT COMPLETE REPAIRS. These documents were submitted to ****************************** underwriter and NOTHING was done about it. I had to pay another shop OUT OF POCKET to do Repairs on my vehicle which still has a LIENHOLDER. Why won't these businesses just do the right thing? Why are they still in business? All I asked for was a correction to my insurance record. The costs I'm incurring to have insurance now has increased by $3000/ 6 month policy and I NEVER HIT ANYTHING.

To Whom It May ******** I am writing to you to dispute the complaint by *****************. We received a call from ***** saying that she was in a single car accident where it was late at night, and she swerved to avoid a deer. She slid off the road and from the pictures attached into a stop sign. She told us that she left the scene because it was late at night and raining. I am not sure when she called the tow truck, but according to her they did not show up until the morning. She said that when she got to the scene that the police were there writing up a single car collision (stop sign) and a missing person report. ***** had left her personal belongings including driver's license in the car. The police thought something had happened to her since her belongings and car were on the side of the road. That is probably why the police report lists a hit and run - solved. Whether she wanted or did not want to file a police report, they were already there writing a report. We do not file at fault or not at fault claims as an agency. We just let the insurance company know there was an accident, and they deem their decision based on the police report (attached) and what the insured tells them. The police report clearly states in multiple places that there was a collision with property (stop sign). We are not involved or recommend anything. A tow truck showed up to pull her car out, which she says caused additional damage to her vehicle. We told her that she would need to reach out to the tow service and file a claim on their insurance if she felt they caused more damage. We do not own or control tow truck companies. It is just a roadside service, which includes every tow truck company in the area typically. She then takes it to a body shop which we did not recommend and according to her took a long time and the work performed was terrible. The body shop asked for money, and she gave him the check that the insurance company gave her. We did not send the body shop a check. She gave the total amount to the body before the work was completed. The guy wouldn't respond to her and would not give the money back. We do not control that situation once the insured pays a body shop. She then takes her car to another body shop to finish the work and it costs her additional money out of pocket because she paid ******************* the insurance money before he completed the work. We do not control that situation. We do not have any control over an insured getting in accident, deeming an accident at fault or not, which tow truck service picks your car up, which body shop to take your vehicle or who you give the insurance money. Our office did everything we could to be reasonable and polite during the process. Please remove this complaint from the BBB as it is ridiculous, and we have no control over the situation. This is solely on *****************, police department report, towing service and the decisions she made after the accident.
