      Horrible, I have a delivery box right inside my pedestrian gate but every time I get a Fedex delivery the lazy driver leaves the package outside my driveway gate which is literally not 5 ft away from the box along with a sign stating its for deliveries. Today he threw the package in an fire ant bed and my 80 year old father in law picked it up not noticing the ants and were bitten all over his hands. I will no longer buy any products that only use Fedex service until there is a new driver.

      Delivery driver forged my signature and left a $7,000+ purchase on our lawn when we had a vacation hold with a signature required delivery. Customer service could not have cared less and made every excuse in the book as to who signed and refused to review my 20 min video recordings from 2 different angles that prove he never rang the doorbell or knocked.

      Fed ex driver Fray isnt worth the time.. our shipment was suppose to arrive Sat 11/16 and didnt arrive til today 11/18 because the driver claimed no response at residence but we were on the entire time. Picture he took was of tv still on truck and he never knocked or ringed our camera doorbell!!!!! But then when he showed today he barely knocked and when i click to speak to him on my camera he ignored me snapped a picture and ran up the street. Also when me and my husband called Fed ex to speak to a customer representative there A1 told us we couldnt until we received a door tag to call later and then hangs up on you. What kind of service is that when you can not voice your concerns to the company!!! I even tried to make other arrangements on Sat for the Tv to go to a Fed ex store so we wouldnt have anymore issues the request was ignored or never received

      I ordered the package. They lied and claimed to be unable to deliver it because of an incorrect address. I called and verified that they have the correct address, then they claimed that they still cannot deliver it but would not explain why. Asked if I could pick it up myself, they said that would not be possible but would not explain why. Federal Express is incompetent and I will not do business with them or with any company who ships through them.

      Absolutely horrible!!! To get to alive person is almost impossible. Once you do get a person they do not speak english well enough to understand you. I had a scheduled pickup that they came and left without getting the package. Because they didnt ring my apartment number, which they obviously had. The first phone call.I got, to let me know that they had not picked up the package, has my complete address including my apartment #. Even he didn't understand why they didn't ring the buzzer. So an hour and a half on the phone trying to find out if they were coming back. They wanted to reschedule it, With no concern that I took the day off from work today. Expected me to reschedule for another day, Because they didn't want to ring my buzzer!!!! The entire experience was the most horrible customer service I have ever encouraged. At this point I don't even know if they are coming back today or not. The absolute worst communication. I'm far too aggravated to even call back, at this point.

      The employee that took my package input an address that doesn't exist, they did NOT try to send it back to me at all. Instead, they sent it to who knows where & lost it. They did not care that I had unique special items meant for someone in there, THEY COULD NOT TRACK where their people sent it or dropped it off, & they just wanna give me an unempathetic "sorry" & a few bucks to fix everything. I don't recall the exact price of everything I attempted to send, & I doubt their amount covers all of it. I've been trying for over a month to get my package back, with no success at all. The automated phone system they use is the worst thing ever created. I just want a living person to look into my info & solve things, but the system is dumber than anyone I've ever known!!!!!!!!! Seriously ****** that this happened, I couldn't give someone their birthday presents I spent months collecting & putting together, & I will absolutely NOT be using or recommending FedEx to ANYONE, EVER again!!!!!!! If I could, I would give a NEGATIVE star rating on here. -100/10 "Utterly Dissatisfied"

      Terrible service. I've received at least 10 packages from FedEx in the last year. LITERALLY every one of those packages showed up at least a day late. They over promise and Under deliver every time. Awful.

      I don't see how they are in business still. Without fail every delivery I have had from Fedex has been delayed for unknown reasons..... Delivery date will come and then randomly tracking finally updates and it just says "well update you when its on it's way". This happened even after someone spend $100 to next day a very important document to me and it STILL somehow got delayed. This is by far the worst delivery company there is, I guarantee the only reason they still get used is they are the lowest bidder .

      I got a delivery on the 15th and 16th of November 2024. On Saturday the 16th the driver brought my box in the house for me. It was a recliner in 2parts , I am a senior and really appreciated the extra time he took to help me. I live in ********** on the east side. This was in the afternoon after 1pm.
