I went to Roses Nails on *************************, I was charged $106.50 for a regular manicure with Gel polish and a full set of nails with Gel polish very short square. The total was about $20 dollars more than I was originally quoted on the phone, but I have heard before that they over charge at the register. I picked wedding veil polish because the colors I pick prior he didnt have it. Once I left and got home to better light I noticed the imperfections in the polish on my feet which were very noticeable and slightly on my hands. I went back after work to speak with ********* about the matter and she asked me to sit down and *** her brother would be with me once done with his client. *** immediately told me that he could fix it but I would be charged &30 for a color change, His sister ********* informed me I should not have picked the color, ok I understand that the color was translucent and did not pick up, however I feel that *** had an obligation to tell me that the color I chose would not color like a ***** white. One speaking to ******* she explained that she could redo my feet for an additional $60 and I would not be getting any type of refund because I should not have chosen the color. She also explained to me that *** should have told me, but still, I was not offered any type of compensation, I refused to give them another ***** for what they had done to my feet. ******* also explained that I should have gotten an overlay now. These are the professionals you dont tell me this after Im dissatisfied. Ive already paid additional funds because they always overcharge, I would like for apology and compensation because I had to go out and have My feet repainted and corrected by someone else. This was not good customer service at all the owner. ********* admitted that *** her little brother should have spoken and told me that the color was too translucent, and that all of the black marks and streaks should have been explained before I got out of the seat.
