We purchased our refrigerator from Siano Appliance along with an extended warranty. Within 6 months of purchase the icemaker malfunctioned. Many attempts to repair were made. It was determined that it couldn't be fixed. A replacement was issued by Siano. That new refrigerator worked for approximately 11 months then the icemaker stopped working and other issues such as dripping on floor and inside. Also once the freezer defrosted completely ruining the food. I contacted Siano but the ********** office had go e out of business. I reached someone who referred me to the ******* office. I began this process in July of 2022. This was less than one year from when the replacement was installed. After gAfter many confusing conversations with the people at Siano it was discovered that my salesperson from ********** did not record the new refrigerator so they thought it had the original refrigerator which would have been out of their warranty. They said that my best bet would be to get the extended warranty to come it. She emailed my extended warranty information. I contacted S&S Appliance repair as this is who is listed as my local Whirlpool repair person on the website. I assumed that because they had my warranty on file it would be covered but they charged me 300. For the call and repair. It wasn't fixed. I was told to call the warranty company directly after this visit which I did.S&S has been out numerous times calling ******** numerous times over a 17 month period. This last visit after waiting for a part they have already replaced parts in the order were missing. The rest of my refrigerator was working prior to the visit. Now nothing is cooling refrigerator, freezer or icemaker. Power is on. I feel taken advantage of by Siano, Whirlpool, and also S&S Appliance. I tried to ask for a replacement refrigerator but was told ********* had to state it was unfixable but they keep ordering parts even though they have replaced already and it didn't fix anything. On 8/61/2022 My husband, ***, and I visited the ********************** facility on ****************** in *******. We received service from *******************. We selected a refridgerator and made arrangements for the purchase and delivery. The unit was paid for as well as a 5-year warranty policy. A few days later, the refridgerator was delivereed without incident to our home. After the deliverymen left, my wife wiped doen the unirt and found a bulge on the side of the unit (This was not visible at the store because the units were displayed in a side by side row. The delivery men returned and noted the bulge and returned with their report to the store. When we had not heard anything for several days, my husband, ***, visited the store and spoke to *******************. Mr. ********************** said that that unit was sold in a "As Is" sale. He never mentioned anything about an "As IS" unit, nor was there anything on the unit to inform us. There is no mention in the contract of this either. ************** said that he probably forgot to tell us and was unwilling to make any concession for the unlt's condition. We feel that a substantial defund should be made for the failure of them not to disclose the unit's condition.Initial Complaint

They have a part missing from my refrigerator and have not replaced it. We have been going through this for a year and half. It is a safety concern. Grandkids are getting to the wires hanging from underneath the bottom front.
