I bought a car was refused my limits of three days cool down period and took my car and wouldn’t refund my 2500.00 down payment. Left with no car and no money. E mail minors time with no response. As well as calls and text.Business response

***** ******* car was repossessed because she missed her first 2 payments and a third was about to come due. When contacting her to avoid repossession ***** didn't keep the agreed payment arrangement and pay when she said she would. The payments she sent screenshots of was the payments we let her make on the original down payment before the car was actually purchased. We let her do that instead of paying the whole down payment at once. She complained about the 13 year old car that had approximately 232,000 miles when she bought it. It passed all our normal inspections. ***** also test drove and inspected the car herself before signing the "AS IS" papers that go with every car we sell. We contacted her with the information on how to get the car back. ***** was also very rude, hateful and combative multiple times with our office staff. Its never our desire to have problems with any customer including *****. We tried to avoid it but followed the guidelines laid out for us. Thank youCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: they are saying I was late on payment to a car I never purchased.. Hint as to why it went to my mechanic first.. Where a boat load of problems came about including stored codes that Daltons motors was aware of..
