            This company has a pattern of complaint concerning consumers allege that consumer are receiving letters that appear to be from the Secretary of State of Tennessee. Consumers report the letters look official and request money to finalize the individuals LLC filings.

            On June 18, 2021, BBB contacted the company to request their voluntary cooperation in responding to an unresolved complaint as well as eliminating the pattern of complaint.
