I hired Southwestern Consulting to do *********** Related coaching. Turns out they don't specialize in *********** Consulting and I could quickly tell I was getting no real value. I decided to switch to another coach at a different company. I gave Southwestern a very Generous heads up and informed them promptly. I then began to get harassed by ********************* regarding ***********. Leaving voice mails and sending letters. Now they are threatening to send me to collections for $4200 after I sent them several referrals that have resulted in over $20,000 in sales for them. And this is what I get in return? I want them to drop the $4200 and I won't go to every single referral and tell them about the way Southwestern likes to conduct business. If they decide they don't want to help with the billing I am prepared to go to Fox17 Problem solvers to make this a public issues considering the amount of harassment I have received.

After agreeing to have a sales coach, had an awful experience with the assigned coach. She was rude, condescending and worse, asked for my logins to my social media accounts to "show me how to ask for referral business." I find this unethical and unprofessional. Now, they are trying to send my account to collections. I will be finding my own attorney in this matter unless this is resolved immediately. i would never recommend this company under any conditions.

Shame on me for signing up for a "coaching" program that is literally no better than what can be obtained via ******* videos. I submitted my request for a full refund to ***** **** ( a "customer" service representative) on 12/17/2021, and she was only able to cancel 25% of my existing 8 month contract. Had I done my due diligence before signing up on day #1 (shame on me for not doing so), I would have realized that this company has countless complaints filed with the BBB, and I would have NEVER agreed to the 12 month contract, nor a contract of any kind. Any company worth their weight would NEVER lock anyone into a "non-refundable" contract if they truly believed in their product. The fact that they know their "coaching" program has a very high rate of dissatisfied clients proves that their product is not worth the $599/month fee, or any dollar amount, for that matter. If this company truly believes in their product, why would they insist in never allowing a buyer to get out of their 12 month contract? Shouldn't they have sufficient "clients" to absorb any contract cancellations, due to their incredible success rates? In the event you (as a potential consumer) EVER consider doing business with this "company", please take a look at the following link to their lousy BBB ranking: ****************************************************************************************** I'm fighting this cost tooth and nail, and will gladly pay my attorney every dollar that this "company" is insisting to charge me for 8 more months of "coaching" that I am not going to waste my time participating in. Again, shame on me for letting myself to get hustled by their up-front sales reps: this is my fault, but should not be held to a contract that offers a product that is no better than anything that can be found in a common bookstore, or ******* videos.

They refuse to let me out of contract and will not even lessen the cost considering I do not have a business Signed contract end of January by June asked to be released.and they said there is NO WAY I can get out of contract. The day I was pressured by ***** ********** to provide credit card and sign a contract while on the phone with her. I was not able to read the contract in full before signing had to sign each page one by one. They did not be forth coming they there are no alternatives to get out of the contract. On top of that they have not helped my business what I personally need in my business they offer a cookie cutter program regardless of where your business is. I have had 2 separate coaches and they tried to push a 3rd coach on me and I have refused letting them know of detrimental life changing events in my personal life and business which is now non existant and they still will not let me out of my contract. they say I have to pay 12 months before they will let me out of the contract. and when I pressured to give notice because it is required it states I have to get permission from the CFO of the company to be let out of my contract not by my own choice. I pressured them to honor my notice to end my contract at the 12 month mark and the closest they would say is after I pay 12 months worth then I will not have to pay anymore. Nevermind they do not live up to what they brag about up front with helping your business I thought it would be specific to my business and its not it follows a cookie cutter model to a wide variety of business and NOT taylored specifically to my business let alone specific to where I am living.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/15) */ Contact Name and Title: ***** **** Customer Servi Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: *****@southwesternconsulting.com Multiple efforts to address Ms. ******'s concerns regarding her account are documented. On 12/13/2021, Ms. ****** requested a refund of her December payment and a HOLD be placed on her account until February 2022. Both requests were honored on 12/14/2021. Records are available to review Ms. ******'s account as needed. We are willing to continue discussing her account with her directly. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/12/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The only refunded my December payment and putting a hold on my account until February because I went to you and publicly called them out. They didn't do anything the countless time I reached out to them directly They did not address the refund is an actual refund or they expect me just to pay December in February and January in March? Never mine the fact I do not use anymore and just want to be done with them. I received an email from ***** ********** wanting to shove the same coach who laughed at me, *****, when I told her my issues. Why would I want to work with her let alone this company they can't be trusted they only prove they care more about THEIR BUSINESS, IMAGE, and REPUTATION than actually following through on what they process from the start of what they do for business, which I gave them plenty of time before reaching out. And there shading practice of pressuring and not allowing any alternatives to a 12 month contract which they are not upfront in the beginning and pressure you to hurry up and sign while on the phone with them not be able to read the FULL contract before signing and fully read while they are on the phone talking to you just wanting you to click click click so they can trap another person so they can get paid. Again all they care about is money not actually helping people with their business whatever stage their business is in or needs. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/12/17) */ Ms. ******'s concerns have been documented. We've provided her next steps to close out her account. Consumer Response /* (2000, 11, 2021/12/17) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) yes they have given me the opportunity to close out the account just not the details that pertains to the money Consumer Response /* (3000, 15, 2022/01/05) */ had a previous complaint we got it to them saying they will finally let me out of the contract Now the issue is in my first complaint they said they would refund December 2021 from my first complaint. Now I am speaking to ***** **** in customer service through email only she supposedly keeps calling me and supposedly keeps stating in her email relpy that she is leaving a mesaage for me I continually tell her that I do NOT have a voicemail from her and give her my correct phone number she should be calling to speak with me. She states that they will let me out of the contract AND give me a 50% discount. She continually states I have 3 payments left with a 50% off balance of 898.50 I continually tell her from previous emails with ***** ********** email conversation with ***** ********** 9/30/2021 "You started 1/29/21. First call was on 2/10/21 with ******. You have had 8 payments run so far out of the 12. You have had 14 calls out of the 24. (Ran on 1/29/21, 3/1/21, 4/1/21, 5/1/21, 6/30/21, 7/30/21, 8/30/21, 9/30/21)" and 11/12 payment Besides their confirmation with you the BBB stating Southwestern Consulting would refund me the December payment I made. They also sent me an email on 12/14/2021I also received an email from ***** ********** & ****** ******** on Dec 14, 2021, "We have refunded your December payment and pushed the January payment to February. It may take 3-5 business days to receive the refund. Payments will resume February 11, 2022." And I have gone back and forth with ***** **** for now 4 emails that she will not acknowledge this information, comment on my continued statement I have 2 payments left of 599 which with the 50% off my final payment is 599 and ***** emailed 12/17,"As a courtesy, your open balance has been adjusted by 50%. The discounted balance can be paid in a lump sum or in payments. We allow up to 12 months to pay off an open balance. " but she continues to say the 50% balance is 898.50 (which is actually 3 payments at 50%) Business Response /* (4000, 17, 2022/01/05) */ Ms. ****** submitted a settlement offer to close her account. Consumer Response /* (2000, 19, 2022/01/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) This was a duplicate order and time lapsed bc around the holiday, bc I went back in and was not able to reach original claim. BBB stated merged the 2 together claims back to the original claim. Spoke to **** and what she email is fixed
