Southwestern Consulting has been an integral part of my business for nearly 3 years. My coach has offered priceless advice, counsel and direction and has helped me lead my team to its potential. The clarity, proven best practices, and real-world experience of my coach has been the key component that makes this company great. DON'T SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CONS. High pressure. Wants you to make quick decisions and then when you have an issue they are not gracious in anyway. I would recommend you not do it. THEY ARE CONS. THERE BOTTOM LINE IS THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERSReview from Theresa M

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! My next will be to file a complaint with the Attorney General!!!! Considering how many of us have the EXACT SAME COMPLAINT, I'm considering organizing a class action suit against them. Signed up for the service, explained to them the dark time I was in and how desperate I was for help. $600 a month for 2 45 minute phone calls was a LOT for me! It was not explained to me that I would be REQUIRED and OBLIGATED to pay whether their services were worth it or not...and to be clear, they WERE NOT!!!! The "coaches" did not have anything to offer that compelled me to action or teach me ANYTHING!!! It was just them listening to me talk about my feelings. The service was WORTHLESS on multiple levels!!! After 2 sessions, I let them know it was not for me and I wanted to discontinue the ineffective program. I was denied!!! Had to close my account to get them to stop taking money from it. I was sent Micah to help with breaking up the payments, even trying to get my company to pay for half of it....never reduced their fees, simply tried to get someone else on the hook for it!!! Sent me to ********* for collections so had to pay them $1000 in extorsion money to prevent them from destroying my credit that I have worked HARD to rebuild!! These people have no soul, conscience and should be required to pay us ALL back the money they took from us. All I wanted was a way to to improve my business habits and be more effective and consistent and all of the things they overpromised and failed to deliver on EVERY LEVEL!!! tHEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!! STAY AWAY - WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT SIGN UP OR GIVE THEM MONEY
They do NOT care about you as a person let alone YOUR BUSINESS.
AND THEY REFUSE to let you out of a contract that they do NOT let you read IN FULL, you have to sign each page one by one. Heavy pressuring by Becca G*********, which when I spoke with her on the phone after a presentation thought I was personally signing up with her only to be pawned off on another coach.
1st coach did try to show me ways to generate less costing leads, but she paid extra for the website I only had the FREE version which I did NOT have access to any of the items she was showing me. She quit
2nd coach literally read word for word the module they have laid out in their program in my 1 hour "coaching calls"" twice a month like I was a 2 year old, worst experience
Southwestern Consulting brags about helping you and your business when in actuality they have a cookie cutter program that if you need or not or your business is there or not that is what you are doing
I started end of January by by June I asked to be released and received an immediate & infactate NO, YOU CANNOT GET OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT
Since July I don't use because it does not help my business and my business is now nothing and it is now ruined my personal finances as well. which I have explained countless times to them the detrimental life changing events AND STILL they will NOT let me out of my contract
life changing as in I am going to lose my house, I rotate my most necessities of life electric, water then phone and internet (to do business). I have explained I am selling items just to put gas in my gas tank and I scrounge up coins to buy food $1 or less and portion that food out when I start to feel dizzy and light headed and going to pass out and I get a flippant, "I'm sorry to hear that if there is anything I can do to help let me know" YEAH LET ME OUT of this CRAPPY CONTRACT that I DON"T USE SINCE JULY
BUT BY GOD THEY DEMAND THEIR $599.00 fee and bounced my checking account to get their money.
3rd coach they try to push on me when I told her the above information LAUGHED AT ME and quickly said I will circle back with Becca and got off the phone.
AGAIN IT PROVES THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS PLUS THEY CANNOT OFFER YOU WHAT YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS IF IT DOES NOT FOLLOW THE COOKIE CUTTER PROGRAM THEY OFFER
NOW every month I ask for an extension and Becca gives me a I'll send to accounting to see if they will approve and let you know, which she NEVER follows back up if my request is APPROVED so every month I wonder am I going to have a ton of late fees and overdraft fees on my account?
AGAIN STAY AWAY, they ONLY STAY IN BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO LET YOU OUT OF THEIR CONTRACT and the ONLY WAY THEY PROBABLY MAKE MONEY
What I learned is NEVER give money or sign contracts (refuse to sign if you cannot read the entire contract before signing) in the SAME DAY - DO NOT GIVE IN TO THEIR PRESSURE YOU PERSONALLY WILL REGRET THIS AND YOUR BUSINESS WILL SUFFER or like mine be none existent 9 months later and they DO NOT CARE ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY!!!Southwestern Consulting Response

I have been speaking with Becky from customer service. On 12/14/2021, I was notified by Becca G********* & Kaluwa G******* that Dec 2021 payment was to be refunded and my January invoice was due 2/11/2021 but they were still trying to push a coach on me that when I shared my business and personal effects with my relationship with southwestern laughed at me and I wanted know part of southwestern as stated since July. Finally Becky from customer service on 12/20/2021 saying they will let me out of contract at a reduced priced 50% off the balance but guess what they now want me to pay what they refunded me in December so instead of 2 payments I have left with them they are trying to make me pay for the month I paid and they refunded . Nevermind I don't use or want use their product. Now Becky from customer service is ignoring me. I am so frustrated with this company and their back and forth ** and they don't follow through on what they say there company stands for they have NO INTEGRITY and ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR BOTTOM LINE and the IMAGE they control and try to squatch all negative feedback with lies!!!!Southwestern Consulting Response
