Hire this company to maintenance my HVAC units and pay bill in full. They schedule two times and never show up for services. Had to hire another company and now they are saying that "they don't do refunds" without any explanation and no contract. Bad business.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/08/31) */ Mr. ****** has been a Temp Control customer since 2016. He had a maintenance agreement with us since 2016 as well and we fulfilled his maintenance agreement each year. This year, we had to reschedule him once due our technician having covid and a 2nd time we rescheduled him, we arrived onsite, and no one was home. He called our office on 6/3/22 and spoke with one of the owners of Temp Control and told him we had not been out, and he was hard up for money and would use again in future but requested a refund since we had not performed his bi-annual service. We issued Mr. ****** a refund check ***** on 6/3/22 for his annual maintenance plan in full. He agreed to take down his bad review in exchange for refund, however this complaint is still on the record.
