      I want to say that GetAllParts came through. Very reliable they had exactly what I was looking for. I made a mistake with the billing, asked for a refund, got it back immediately, and purchased the part correctly. Thank you.

      Get All Parts is part of Keystone Automotive. They started it because their main business is so hated by all of its customers. Get All Parts is just as bad. Do not buy from them! By design they have a confusing ordering and shipping process that will leave you out hundreds of dollars for shipping and never get the part delivered. They admitted on the phone they ship parts to wrong addresses all the time and then charge for the return shipping as well. You will pay hundreds of dollars for shipping and never get your part.

      Customer provided incorrect shipping address. Due to ****** shipping policy, we cannot change a shipping address. The customer could not have delivered to original shipping address, so the order was returned to us. A refund, minus initial shipping and return shipping was issued. This is all stated in our return policy as well. We do not have a phone number, so all communication with this customer was through email, and we have copies of all emails as well, so the customer was aware of all fees.

      They sent my order to the complete wrong address in a different state. One might think, “oh was the address similar? Maybe you made a typo” No. It was a completely different road name and postal number. They refused to acknowledge their mistake.

      DO NOT BUY FRON THIS BUSINESS TOOK 3 WEEKS TO RECEIVE TRIED TO CONTACT FOR A RETURN, NOW THEY DENIED A RETURN GOOD LUCK

      Customer ordered on 06/21. Emailed on 07/10 to return. Requested photos from customer. They did not provide, then customer emailed on 08/01 to return again. By this time, we were past the 30 day return policy that is linked on our website. Return is denied on this order.

      They sent me the wrong item and will not refund. I thought about taking this too court be it would have been just as much money so this is the best I can do, unless someone is willing to bring a class action law suit. They have defrauded so many people and are getting away with it. DO NOT BUY from this piece of trash business. They have so many business addresses just to deceive people so you can't get in contact of them.

      Customer contacted us AFTER our 30 day return policy. We do not accept returns or exchages on items after 30 days. This is in our returns/refund policy. Customer then opened a ****** dispute on this order, and they told him he could return, but he was responsible for the return postage and he never returned to us. Customer is just leaving a review, when order was placed almost 8 months ago.

      To the paying customers who are reading this. This business blantly lies about their policy and does not honor them. I initiated contact with them 28 days in, still within the period. Point being, even though they sent me the wrong parts, they simply just refuse and want you as the customer to shell out more money to send it back. You messed up Car Parts. Own up to it. You are a scam business making profits from leftover wrong parts you purposefully send out. I don't understand why you have not been investigated. My moral obligation to the paying customers is to tell them that this business is a fraud. Please, please don't buy from them. I encourage everyone to go read the amount of negative reviews on this business before buying. They have a history of bad business practices.

      I ordered 3 parts from the seller. One being a core support for my car. The shipping cost me $200 on a $200 order, I received the package, unwrapped my package at my house and found out the core support was damaged. I don’t know if through shipping, or if they just sent me a defective part. What’s worse is they won’t reimburse me because they say I needed to unbox my part BEFORE taking delivery to make sure it’s not damaged. They say it’s my fault I received a broken part when I had no way to tell if it was broken or not from outside the package. I hope they’re not sending people defective parts, relying on the fact that the customer won’t open their package before signing for it.

      Customer is responsible to check the item for damages before signing for the item with the freight carrier. The customer signed for this shiment free and clear. Instructions are on the bottom of the receipt on if the shipment is damaged, they are to refuse shipment and contact us immediately. This was not done, as they signed for the shipment and kept the item.

      Their part listings are intentionally misleading. I ordered a hid headlight and received a halogen headlight. The listing said nothing about halogen. It said “hid lamps not included”, which implies that it’s a hid headlight. I called customer service to make sure before ordering and they confirmed that out it’s hid. Well it’s not. It’s a halogen. When i called to explain what happened I was basically told that they sent me what i ordered so it’s my fault for ordering the wrong thing. When I proceeded to explain, i was hung up on. False advertising and very unprofessional.

      How pathetic. Like i would waste my time writing a review for no reason. I’m not you, I don’t do false advertising. Maybe you should spent more time training your customer service people on how to verify pats by the vin instead of lecturing your customers about it. I specifically asked if it was a hid headlight and not a halogen, and i was told, yes. Your ad is misleading and your customer service is incompetent. I filed a dispute with my credit card company immediately after being hung up on in the middle of a sentence. Congratulations. Note you can deal with them.
