They came out on a weekend and replaced a washer on my faucet and charged me $325. It broke a month later. I called the company and they refused to come on and fix it to make it right. The manager stated they would charge another $500 to fix it. I want my original $325 back because they did not stand by their warranty. I have hired another company to come on and fix the problem because they refused.Business response

On 6/24/23 we arrived on emergency / weekend service to repair an outside hydrant that would not shut off. We replaced the washers inside the hydrant and secured the spigot to the wall. This seemed to fix the problem. The cost of the work was $293.00 Approximately a month later ***************** contacted us to let us know the hydrant was leaking again. We informed her that we would come out and check out the situation for free to determine if this was a warranty situation or if it was a new problem. If we needed to replace the hydrant we would replace it for free and only charge her for the hydrant itself. These hydrants cost about $80.00. If we would have replaced the hydrant on 6/24 we would have charged her for the part at that time as the job was performed on a time and material basis.
