            Culligan water installed a water softener in our home in October 2022. We paid them $ ****** for a brand new water softener. It worked off and on. within one week of installation, We called them several times for a repair of a brand-new product. They have come out to the house up to 3 or 4times to repair and adjust the products. At every visit, they will say something is wrong and they will promise with this new repair it will be OK BUT that is not the case. It will work for a few days and not be functional again. We are frustrated because a brand-new product should not be this faulty. We don't trust this product they installed due to it not working the way it should. I want them to come to get their water softener and refund our money. Thank you!

            What a horrible experience! They sent my bill to a collection agency out of Toledo, Ohio. I have had Culligan for 8 years, and we have always paid on time via mail. They informed me that they sent me 4 bills for 2024, but I did not receive any of them. However, I received the bill from the collection agency. When I called about it, Lindsey from the corporate office was very unpleasant about this. I paid it over the phone. If I had been delinquent in the past, I would understand this; however, we have never been delinquent. I am very disappointed in their attitude and handling of this situation. They kept blaming the ****. No apologies from them. When I asked to speak with a manager, they were very reluctant to do so, so I finally just hung up.
