I ordered a grave marker for my deceased pet. After discussing the price with my wife, we decided that the price was to much and I requested cancellation of the order immediately. They said the refund would take 2 or 3 days. I never received the refund. I called back and the guy I talked with said he was just filling in that the Guy I talked to originally was on vacation. He gave me he phone number of the main office and I talked with a lady concerning the issue. She took my name and phone number and said she would check on it and get back with me. She never called back and I still have not seen the refund on my credit card.Customer response
