I was surprised how smoothly it went. We worked mainly with a **** ***** who was always prompt and cordial and kept us informed. Although the process took some time, we got updates as papers got filed and any questions we sent were answered within a day or two. We received far better service than I expected, and I'm grateful for it.Review from Gayle C

I would like to start by saying that they do what they say they will do. This was the first company I felt confident in doing business with. The cost was reasonable and I am now free of yearly maintenance fees forever. I will say you do need some patience, it took longer than I thought it would, but that turned out to be due to the timeshare association taking so long to release it.

This company is a total scam. They lead you along telling you everything is progressing as it should. Until one day they don't respond at all. I said that for whatever reason it appears the buyer has not been able to perform, and I wanted the processed ended and escrow returned and have had no response. Please steer clear of these people or their cohorts VEI.National Resort Title LLC Response

This client had clouded title; his property did not have free and clear title to be transferred, and we not only informed him of this after doing a title search, but then gave him over a month to fix the problem so that we could move forward in transferring his timeshare. He failed to do so, and his file was canceled for breaching his contract. This doesn't make our company a scam.Review from KENT L

I had looked for two years to find someone to help me end my timeshare, was contacted by NRT, the explained all about how it worked, was very great at answering all my questions, they delivered exactly what they promised, kept me aware of what was happening with the process, highly recommended to anyone wanting to get out of a timeshare NIGHTMARE. Transferring our timeshare was an arduous process, but because we stuck to the facts and stayed on top of the process alongside NRT, we were successful. Morgan and NRT did everything they said they would do...it was Holiday Inn Club Vacations that was the most difficult to deal with. I have been very pleased and impressed of the work accomplished by National Resort Title concerning the Title Transfer of our Timeshare at the Villa Del Palmar in Cancun Mexico. Getting rid of our timeshares was a lengthy process. One must be patient. Expect to pay them for services to get the timeshare deed transferred, but once that is complete you don't have to pay maintenance fees any longer. We sold 2 timeshares with them, recently as November 2022 to May 2023.National Resort Title LLC Response

I have been trying to rid myself of this timeshare for several years. Finally success. I had my doubts but Morgan and the staff did a great job. It was a pleasure to deal with people who do what they say they will do. Morgan was always responsive and a pleasure to work with.
