Spring 2021 Turfmasters started treating our grass. We were on a quarterly rotation. Summer months were ok. Then Fall came. We seeded the yard, roughly $500 in seed for front and back. TM continued to treat with spray. I didn't know what. They were aware via messages that I seeded. Over the course of fall/winter. Grass looks dormant. Never done this before but I thought they the experts- they know what they doing. Spring comes around we have large areas of no grass, no sign of grass, current grass looks dead. I ask the manager to call me after several text messages and emails. He looked at yard and the account and states it looks like they treated your yard for a x grass and should have been x grass. I confirmed, so that is why I have no grass snd a lot of dead grass. He explained yes and would cover an application for free. I have seen someone come once, no calls, no return of messages. I am so heartbroken over having zero grass. It looks horrible and very expensive to redo at this point. According to their website, they want to do the right thing. I would like ****help me. Text from today. I feel I have no choice but to report to **** I've asked and pleaded for your company to make my yard nice again. I had nice grass until your company killed 75% of it. I have messages when I asked multiple times why the grass was looking so bad, but no one answered. Only returned to apply grass killer again. I noticed on your site- the following. ************, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, started Turf Masters in his basement in 2002 with just a few customers. His goal was, and still is, to treat every lawn perfectly. If your company was yo make every lawn perfect- why am I struggling to get my yard at least back to where I had nice grass. One year ago- it was beautiful and I trusted Turfmasters to make it even better. Within months- I have dead grass in front and back of house. I thought and had faith- you were better than this.Business response

We certainly apologize that it has gotten to this point and hope to address customer issues. On 6/1/22 I spoke to the Branch Manager who has agreed to kill current grass in August. Reseed with fescue all of the front yard. Aerate and seed fescue to back yard. Several free fertilizer treatments no cost. Continue through fall/winter with preemergent. He was very nice and explained his plan. I agree with plan and look forward to working with them. I know they will make this right and I am pleased with the response.
