I have a 2019 ***** Silverado, it developed a transmission issue back in November 2023. So I made an appointment with the service department with ********* GMC in **************. My truck is still under warranty, they replaced the ********************* converter, truck was still experiencing shifting issues back in May 2024, so they determined the torque converter was bad again so they replaced that one, so currently my trucks transmission still is not shifting right so back on June 3, 2024 I made another appointment to have my truck looked at as of today June 24, 2024 my ************************** the shop with no expected date to return my truck to me fixed, all the service department manager **************** writer **** has told me that they have the ************** Engineering Team looking into the situation on what to do towards repair. My truck has now been in the shop for 3 Weeks and 2 days. I need my truck back, making payments on something I cant even drive, this is so frustrating because I have to call them to get updates, they dont even call me. I explained to them back on June 3, 2024 that I had to have my truck back by June 26th due to I was going on vacation. I feel like they have dropped the ball and their is no since of urgency on there part to repair my truck, I have even called ************** Customer Complaint and filed a complaint and they have never called me back.Business response

I sent attached showing ************** is operating normally after several attempts to fix something that couldn't be fixed
