      I called and asked if they sold motorcycle tires and was put on hold before I could ask if they also mounted them. I waited on hold for 7 minutes ( the rest of my lunchbreak) with no answer. I messaged the next day and they replied that was a question for the parts department. The one answering the messages couldn't be bothered to give them my info and tell me a price. Now I'm gonna have to drive an hour on may pop tires to a shop who wants my business.

      We sincerely apologize for this caller's 7-minute hold time that day. We are the largest volume-selling Polaris dealer in the nation and occasionally we have hold times when all associates are busy helping customers. Mr. * messaged on ******** the following day and needed answers to several questions, including parts and labor pricing, requesting to place an order, requesting to book a service appointment, and requesting to have his tires mounted. Our company receptionist checks our ******** messages, however, these questions were out of her area of expertise so she offered to have a *************** associate assist him further. Mr. * became very upset with her and declined her offer to assist, stating that it would serve him better to leave negative reviews for us instead. Since then, we have kindly offered multiple times for our trained *************** associates to contact him, which he continues to decline, and we are struggling to understand how Mr. * would like us to resolve this situation. If needed, I would be happy to provide screenshots of all of our conversations to provide proof that we have tried many times to assist. As we have stated to Mr. *, we do value his business and we want to help him, we just need him to allow us to have our *************** associates contact him rather than the receptionist. She is simply not able to answer all of his questions, and the quickest and best solution is to connect him with an associate trained in those areas. We reached out again this morning to offer assistance, but it has not yet been accepted. Our offer to help remains open if he should change his mind.

      In March 2022, I ordered a 2022 Polaris Ranger 500 and a gave Interstate 69 Motorsports a $500.00 deposit. When I was notified of the vehicle arrival on April 26, 2022, I made arrangements to wire the final payment only to find out the agreed upon written price had been increased over $700.00. The original quote had the original sales price marked out and the new increased price inserted. When questioned, I was informed there had been a price increase on April 1, 2022, well after our negotiations and receipt of my deposit. The sales manager Dilynn ****** refused to honor our agreement and I informed them to refund my deposit.

      Beware of these folks...they are most dishonest and unethical.

      We are very sorry to have received this complaint from Mr. S****, and upon investigation have found that a price increase did indeed occur on the machine he ordered. Unfortunately, all vehicles are subject to price increases by the manufacturer from month to month. The actual selling price is dependent on when the owner pays for the vehicle in full and takes physical possession. We sincerely apologize that we were unable to lower the price back to the previous month's selling price, and for any misunderstanding that may have occurred, but there was no intent to be dishonest or unethical. All dealerships experienced a price increase on the 2022 Polaris Ranger 500, however even after the increase our pricing remained at some of the lowest (if not the lowest) in the country. We had hoped there would still be value in that, but still understand Mr. S****'s frustration. We refunded his $500.00 deposit when requested and sincerely wish him the best. Aside from the misunderstanding over pricing, we truly believe this deal would have gone through smoothly and successfully, and Mr. S**** would have been another happy customer. If he would ever allow us another chance to try and assist him, he is always welcome at our dealership and we will do our very best to make sure he is well taken care of and that there are no further misunderstandings.

      Unfortunately, vehicle pricing is subject to increases (or decreases) from month to month by the manufacturer. The actual selling price is determined not by the month when a deposit is placed, but by the active pricing in the month that the vehicle is paid for in full. We deeply regret that this has upset Mr. S**** and caused confusion, and have apologized to him. On 5/3/22, several days after this complaint was submitted, Mr. S**** did return to our dealership and purchase a vehicle, so it does seem that we were able to resolve the issue and earn his business again. We are very happy to have been able to work this out and thank Mr. S**** for allowing us another opportunity to help him.

      The management agreed to split the difference with me and I purchased a machine from them. They were very professional and courteous when I arrive to pick it up. I only wish we could've resolve this a week sooner.
