              some business, went I go to FIRST FINANCIAL Bank on my phone bank APP. Id: and password; DOSE GO IN. I HAVE TO CALL THEN CK MY ACCOUNT . SO WHY AN .I USE IT . THIS IS GOING ON 3 YEAR. EVER TELL I CALL THEY WENT ME ID; AND .PASSWORD . CHANGE MY PASS. NO I SAY. I NEED TO LET YOUR NO. I DONT WHAT TO DO.

              We investigated this complaint and found the following: Ms. Cavazos called our Customer Care Center on May 21, 2024, inquiring about her account. During the call, the customer service representative attempted to assist Ms. Cavazos with signing into her online banking. The representative sent Ms. Cavazos her login id and waited while she attempted to login. The representative offered to reset Ms. Cavazos password, but she declined. Ms. Cavazos told the representative she would try to login at a later time.
