I am trying to receive a credit for 3 months of coffee subscription from Moose Mountain Coffee. I am including the emails showing charges for 6-15, 7-15 & 8-15 2023 (see attachments 2,3 &4). I have tried to resolve this on multiple occasions and do not get a response. I have emailed (see attachment 1, called & left messages as well as filling out the on-line form on their website. I cancelled the subscription in Sept 2023 (see attachment 5). I just want a refund. It should be noted that had a similar issue earlier this year that was successfully resolved. (See attachment 6). Not sure why they ignored this one and hoping they ignored me because they thought it was the same issue? Trying to give the benefit of the doubt? The only coffee shipment received was in the early Spring 2023. I am asking for your help in receiving a credit in the amount of $71.97 (23.99 ea for 3 month) from Moose Mountain Coffee. Hi there! I apologize for this oversight. I was aware of the initial issue we had with your order earlier this year, but was under the impression that these past three had been taken care of in a timely manner. I just issued a refund for all three (see attached), and we will still be sending your three bags of coffee out. i will personally see it gets shipped out this week. Thank you so much for letting us make this right!
