On 8/8 I went down to Midway Auto Group in *******, ** to look at/ test drive a 2014 ******* ****** Hybrid that I have been contacting the seller about for a few weeks prior. I test drove the vehicle on 8/8 and thought everything about the car was great besides finding out the seat switch to move the seat was broken. Coming back after the test drive I asked the seller about the switch and he said he didnt even notice it was broken because he was tall and had no reason to move the seat when driving the vehicle and said he would get that fixed. We also asked about the battery life and how that was and he stated it was in good condition, on text message we have AND in person just to take precaution on a vehicle we are paying good money for. Since we had to wait for the seat switch to get fixed we could not take the car home on 8/8 and we told them we would come pick it up and sign papers on 8/15 that following week. Upon doing so everything went smooth and got everything squared away. So on 8/15 I drove the car home 2 hours away to my house and drove it the next day to and from work on 8/16. On 8/17 I needed to go to town and drove my new car, upon driving it up the road to a stop sign we got a warning signal of stop and pull over somewhere safely and the hybrid battery has a malfunction then thats when the check engine light came on for me hand first time and the car shut down and did not run til we turned it off and back on. Come Monday 8/19 I still have to go to work so I attempted in my car and couldnt get 15 minutes away without the light going off multiple times and shutting the car off. Tuesday 8/20 I went up to ****** ******* and had them check out my car and they stated my car hybrid battery was at a total loss and inoperable after just buying the car 4 days prior.

I purchased a vehicle from Midway Auto Group on 8/13/2024. I test drove the vehicle and noticed the driver side mirror was broken. Nonetheless I like the car and said let's move forward with this sale. **** ******* was the gentleman selling me the car and he told me that he would order a new mirror. I said great I'll come in next Monday to have it put on. When I arrived Monday 8/19/2024 I was treated like I hadn't just purchased a car there. **** was off, other employees had no idea what I was talking about. His mechanic proceeded to try and remove the broken mirror from my car and install a junk mirror from a completely different kind of car. When it didn't fit all I was offered was an apology. I drove an hour to get that replaced. I was also told they WOULD fix it. I want the correct replacement mirror that's is made for my car shipped to my house where I'll install it myself. Through the last week I have already had to change the oil on this car, it was sludge. Replaced all four brake pads myself. The muffler is loose and rattling. This car has been in some sort of accidents yet they claim it has not. Damages like broken mirror loose muffler and a completely broken undercarriage covering doesn't come from nothing. I believe i was lied to in multiple ways. I can live with all of that, however I do want the correct mirror that I was promised.

I bought a used car from Midway Autogroup on December 30th, 2023 for $11,000. They assured me that the car was in good shape. The car looked in good shape and was running well. However, for the past few days, the brake has been making noise and today, less than 2 weeks after the purchase, the check engine light has come on. I called them to inquire and their response is that they do not provide any service after sales. I have been ripped off and my daughter's safety endangered. I has told *****************, the sales person, that the car was for my daughter and he reassured me that the car was safe. I want my money back and, if possible, I want them to be exposed for their fraud. I just read a few similar reviews online and it appears that I might not be their first victim. Please, assist me in getting a resolution. Thank you!
