On June 16,2024. I paid for a basic car wash. I was directed into the car wash by one of the attendees. As I proceeded though the wash I heard and felt a very hard hit to my car as it was going through the suds washing. Once I got to the dry part I noticed my high rear light was hanging from the back window. I spoke with the worker about it and he handed me a flyer and said make a report on the web. I got home and there was no place to file a claim. I went back on Monday there was no manger to speak with. I didn't get to speak with a manger until Thursday June 20, 2024 who actually said that a report had to be filed by a manager. And she did do a report. I was told by her that someone would contact me in 5 business day. No one has. The repairs to my car is $1000 at ****** I would like for my car to be repaired as it was not damaged when it entered the car wash.

I purchased a car wash using a credit card and I just noticed they have been charging my card $30 per month for an extended period of time. This is for unlimited car washes each month but I did not know about it. I have even used this car wash several times during the period and paid at the time of service

The trademark car wash on the corner of ************ and rt 25A in miller place **. I went to get my car washed the guy jumped in my car and smashed it through a gate and got a metal and concrete pole lodged under the car. They refused even to the police to give their insurance information and will not talk to me or help me in any way. They keep running into rooms and locking the door so that I cant talk to them. When I did see they manager he kept running from me. This needs to be taken care of.

Exercise extreme caution when dealing with these individuals, as they have a knack for finding ways to extract your money! Last year, I visited their car wash facility and handed over my credit card for payment. It has recently come to my attention that this establishment has been charging me $40 every month since then under the guise of a "membership fee." The regular price for their car wash is $20, meaning I must utilize their car wash at least twice a month just to break even. Since car washing isn't a daily occurrence, why on earth would I want a membership? Simply because they had access to my credit card! The crux of the matter is that I did NOT willingly purchase this membership; they enrolled me without my consent! Upon discussing this matter with them, they acknowledged from their records that I had never utilized the so-called "membership" and claimed it to be a mistake. However, they refused to refund all the incorrect charges, agreeing only to reimburse me for the last month's charge! What an act of theft! This issue extends beyond the financial **********'s about fundamental principles and ethical standards!

I paid Trademark to wash and clean my car and in the process it was damaged. When I noticed the damage I attempted to resolve the damage with ******, the manager. ****** refused to accept responsibility and advised that was unwilling to pay anything because I could not prove that the damage was caused by the car wash. I've been going to this place literally since they opened with no issues. I was surprised at the callousness of their response to this damage claim. Even though I had just got my car out of the body shop for unrelated repairs and had photos, and they had a record of me going through the car wash after the body work was done several times, they still denied responsibility. They have gladly taken my money for 14 years, including a monthly membership at the time of the damage, but the first time I went to them to repair damage they caused, they simply denied and told me to "prove it". For me, it was a $375 ****** learned.

On December 19, 2022 I went to Pristine Express Car Wash in Forney, TX to get my car washed. After I selected the wash I wanted the attendant said, " with the purchase today I could have my car washed for free for 30 days." I said OK and went through the car wash. When I checked my credit card account this morning, I saw a $40.00 charge made on January 19, 2023 Pristine Express Car Wash Forney, TX. I looked at the web site for a phone number to call and get the same recording that the mail box is full. My son said it is probably a monthly charge which was NOT mentioned in December. I called my credit card company and am having the charged disputed. So I decided to contact BBB. I want this monthly charge stopped and to receive an email stating that there will be no more charges on my credit card for this service. Thank you for your help. I have my credit card statement showing the unauthorized charge. If you need a copy of it, I can mail a copy. I am having trouble with my printer so right now I can not scan it and send it to my computer to attach it to this.

On the morning of January 22nd I brought my 2013 ******* in for detailing. I walked over to ***** while the team worked on my car. When I came back to pick up my car the doors were open and some of the accessories were on (heater, seat heater, radio). They were just finishing up so I'm sure that's why the doors were open and they may have accidentally touched the "start" button which turned on some of the accessories. That happens, so I understand. Unfortunately, when I got in the car to start it the battery was dead. It was a cold morning too so I know that can affect a battery especially if car accessories are running and the doors are open. One of your employees also tried to start the car but it wouldn't turn over. They went and got a battery box to jump-start the car. The first try didn't work, the second try didn't work and then on the third try, smoke began to rise from the bottom of the car. The starter was caught in a loop (not enough volts from your starter box to actually get it to turn over and the wrong amperage going into the starter caused it to smoke and burn). The employee ran to get Sergio (manager on duty) and I told them they had to disconnect the whole battery so the starter will shut off...in the meantime smoke continued to rise. Finally, they got the battery disconnected and the smoke stopped. The car still wouldn't start so they got a mechanic from************ Change to come over. He smelled the burning starter/relay as well and suggested we let it cool off a bit while he went to get a more powerful battery box to see if he can get the car to start. He brought a stronger batter box and hooked it up to the battery (not the jump ports) and the car started up. He stated to jump box used by Trademark didn't have enough power to start the car and thus caused damage to the starter. The business has repeatedly failed to repond to my requests for assitance.
