I would like a full refund from the company *** LOGISTICS LLC, located at XXXXX W ***** Rd, ******** TX XXXXX. I paid $2,500 for what I was told I would receive 1 on 1 training and would receive my cdl license for Class A manual within 4 weeks only after receiving my permit which i received May 26th. They stated classes will also start after I receive my permit. Once permit was received they made an appointment for me to take the test without any training and also with their truck, i was told i would be using, not working. 3 times!I had to cancel due to lack of training, as well as the truck not working. I have been in financial trouble due to the lack of education and communication this school offers. I have called multiple times and there is still no resolution and keep suggesting for me to wait because they still haven't gotten to work on the truck. Everytime I have showed up for school there was either no instructor or there will only be 1 instructor with 1 Truck working and about 10 -15 students waiting in line to get taught which will take about from the time they open til the time they close and I won't have a chance at getting trained. I would get handed paperwork that i would need to study but other than that nothing else. They have been avoiding my calls and trying to force me to take the test with the automatic truck. Repeatedly telling me "that's the only choice I have to take the test in" . Since the last phone call I mentioned to them I will do that and to make the appointment for me to go. After all that they still won't don't it and have been avoiding me. I've tried getting in contact with the owner but the lady from the front named Felicia working there is no help and gets bothered easily when I'm asking for information. There is multiple students also not getting their training and sometimes we have to take photos of eachother paperwork they handed to us so we can get a complete study guide for ourselves. This company is not suited to be a school.Business response

This business will falsely advertise training that is not offered. When initially speaking to sales, you are told that you will receive 1 on 1 direction, a test date within the same week and the ability to drive on the route of the facility you will be testing at. There is not a licensed CDL holder with you in the truck at all times, which is also against CDL regulations since all of the students are merely permit holders. You are provided with a packet of material to self study or rely on others in the class, rather than being taught as promised. The test dates are averaging atleast 2 weeks or more and the only time you are allowed to drive the route is the day of your test. This is false advertising at its best. In addition, their trucks are not up to safety and compliance standards and instead of using a certified mechanic the owner uses his son to fix on the trucks and instead of ensuring the trucks are safe to use, they will send them for testing which causes them to be faulty or to be put out of service, which causes failure and is a tactic they use for you to re-rent the truck which scams more money out of hard working people, that they won't return even if at fault. I personally experienced this myself and instead of doing what was right I was hung up on mid-conversation and never contacted again. She then tried to steal the money back by reversing her credit card transaction after receiving the merchandise and services. We submitted the supporting documentation to validate the client receiving the merchandise and services by and through her signatures and initialing. The credit card company found in our favor and denied her reversal and credited us back the funds. Now the client is filing a fraudulent complaint based on lies and not the facts. Sadly, they have had so many individuals file a reversal on them that they have me confused with another person or this is a generic response. I sent my payment via zelle, not a credit card, and I was never credited any amount to my bank for them to reverse it back to them. My allegations are definitely valid as I have other entities and individuals assisting with my complaint as well. If they do not want to make good on the rental of a faulty truck, that is fine as I will take every measure possible.Initial Complaint

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/02/24) */ Client paid a nonrefundable deposit to reserve a seat for training. Client was informed there were no refunds when signing up. Client agreed and paid the deposit. Client showed up on the agreed date but decided to leave. Client asked for a refund and he was told there are no refunds. His deposit was to reserve him a seat in training that day. Client got very confrontational, threatening and verbally assaulting. I went to this company for training and testing for CDL they charged my car $1,760. They charged a credit card fee of $20.00 pre $400.00 for using credit card. So I paid for 4 days of class and then take test on 4th day. I drove 6 hours to take class. I got sick "COV" Monday night went in to check in tell them I wasn't feeling well I was going back home. Drove home the following week I called said I couldn't make it back up there again so could I pay for the 1 st day and get reimbursed back the 3 days on none service. He said NO! Only one day was prided and I paid for 4 days. He got nasty with me and said he will not refund any money back. After that I called my bank and they disputed it and he now has called me several time saying he is going to press charges against me. I have called the local police for him threading me and let them be aware of what he's doing.Business response

We have his signatures and initials on contracts and training attendance paperwork to verify Chris P****** received the goods & services. The credit card company found in our favor with the supporting documents. Yes we have contacted law enforcement because Chris P****** was trying to evade paying for materials & services rendered both criminal offenses, Theft of Service and Theft of Materials. Chris P****** Used a false token of a credit card to gain materials & benefits from our services and is trying to abscond without paying, a criminal offense in the State of Texas. He doesn't realize that I contacted the police department during investigation on what they have been doing to people because they only allow cash. If you pay through a card they charge you $60 Per two to 300 $ transaction. The officer said the reason why they do that is because they're doing tax evasion's. That's why they're very adamant about getting money instead a running cards because if something happens they don't refund any money and keep it all. I'm on his game. I'm gonna look into tax it on how they're doing their taxes. The company has stolen so much money from hard-working people and won't give their money back if you pay in cash because there's no trail. They have done this for a long time now and somebody needs to stand up and stop this. He is trying to threaten me by false accusations that aren't true. I've already started to record with the police department where he's at. They call him a fly by weed guy that tries to collect as much cash as he can and then he leaves. He paid the full amount with a credit card, and received goods & services all verified by his signature on multiple documents. The client then reversed his card after receiving those goods and services. I would love to have the information to the law enforcement he's referring to and provide them a copy of all documentation. The facts are the client used a false token of payment by way of credit card to receive goods & services and is now trying to abscond without payment when payment is due, a criminal offense in the state of Texas. In the text it clearly stated that I would pay for the day of service that I had. I contacted the company he refused to refund the other three days that I wasn't there. I did contact the police department if he contacts me again I will be calling the sheriff here that way they can contact the police department there I was told by the detective. He has not filed any kind of criminal charges or anything because there is none. The material he gave me was a paper that is distributed by the DMV. He is just trying to scam me for the rest of the money.I've also contacted the local news out there. That way they can do an investigation on them. They are taking money from hard-working Americans and stealing it. They only except cash and they were very adamant about it. Are use my card and they told me that they would charge X amount of money per $100. dollars or $200.. The documentation that was signed by me was never given to me as a copy. It is not legible if the service was not provided. It was only provided in one day not the days I paid for in advance. This guy Billy has threaten me and has not come up with a reasonable solution it is only to take all the money and nothing else when I have stated in the text which I have sent to everybody that I would pay for the day of service but not for the rest of the days I wasn't there. I have never in my life I pay full service for something that I did not receive most companies would refund the money and not argue or threaten a client like he did me. They are unprofessional about everything. When I was there that guy was belittling people cussing at people and a lot of the guys walked away I saw it. I think something should be done that's why I'm Contacting the newscast and I have sent them all the documentation because this Has to stop. They are doing is not professional nor legal by any means. I will continue to fight this because I am fighting for everybody else they have scammed. When is enough. Again what company will not refund the money if the Service wasn't fully met. I have openly told him I would pay the day but nothing more instead again he wants the whole entire amount which is over 1000 and something dollars that is unacceptable unreasonable non-negotiable response. I will not pay the full amount. Nobody should pay that full amount. He is going out theft and all kinds of accusation that are false. He is stealing money bottom line that's a criminal offense.
