      I bought floor tickets at $600 for a concert on 8/6/22 months before the event for my 17th year old daughter and I. We arrive at the time that the artist was playing because we had our seats paid for. We received or bands one orange and one blue. I asked the staff if there was a difference on the color of the wrist band and he said "no". We proceed, and by the time we gat to our seats, there was someone else seating in our seats claiming that they paid for those seats. Additionally, there were in a group with 6 other people in the same row. The staff asked me if I wanted to ask security to get them out and I said no to avoid the conflict. I asked if my seats could be reassigned and she send me to another person (security person). Their solution was to kicked the individuals that were already drunk in my seats and leave there with the group of people. After a few minutes of waiting standing ** in the back, we stand behind one of the other sections to at least take some pictures and the staff called the security and the police officer. I feel like this was very unfair that they was extra reinforcement for my 17th year old and I and not for drunk people. I asked to talked to a Manager or someone and they send me to guest services. *** from guest services assist us. No help or reassigned seats for us. After talking to ***, ********************* and ******* all of them claiming to be Managers and one Director, we ended up leaving as we couldn't enjoy the concert. they need to have a high level person that can solve this type of situations instead of delegating the issue to one person and other without solution. I reached out to SeatGeek hoping to get a refund. I am planning on contacting someone at the stadium as well. We all work very hard to pay for things and I think it's very unfair that we get this kind of treatment from such as recognized venue.

      Yesterday I went to a much anticipated concert that I purchased tickets for 3 years ago. After I bought them I went to the stadium and got the original tickets. This was in 2020. After waiting for 3 years my family and I were excited to see ************************* live. I had misplaced the tickets that I had gotten from the stadium and contacted Groupon to replace them as they did. We met at the stadium and proceeded to try and attend the concert. Unfortunately they were not taking the Groupon passes in certain areas so we had to walk all the way around the stadium. My sister in law who is very sick can't do alot of this. She struggled but made it. We got to the Groupon window where we presented her with the passes and she told us that they had already been redeemed. I explained to her what happened and she told me those weren't valid and that we came there three days ago and redeemed them and that she seen my daughter ( we didn't..my daughter has no car and lives in ******* She caught a ride all the way just to attend this concert with me) she accused us of lying and showed a book with my signature while she was rudely smirking and lying..I asked to see the date several times on the signature where she flat out refused to show me. I finally got someone on Groupon to message me and showed the manager the message showing I legally have tickets. She yanked my phone from me and said she's gonna show her manager. All this while smirking and arguing saying we were there 3 days ago. My seats were 200s and I had gotten as close as I could so my sis in law would not have trouble. The manager replaced them with nosebleed seats in the 400s. This walk hurt my sis in law so bad that she got violently ill and had to leave the concert puking in the parking lot 13. I am extremely upset with the customer service because of this. She didn't get to see ***** perform and our whole night was ruined. I think service like this should not be acceptable. And I am extremely disappointed.
