We contracted with Ultimate Pools on Sept. 9, 2023 for our pool project. Job started Nov 1, 2023. Company requires most of money up front, as they sub out the different phases of the pool. We have paid $76,224 and as of 2/23/2024, we still don't have a finish pool. Upon executing the contract, our salesman, **** promised ** the pool would be finished within 5 to 6 weeks. We are at 15 weeks and the owner ***************************** has done nothing but given excuses, lies, and the runaround. Communication has been little, contractors have shown up at our door, threatening to remove work because ***** wasn't paying them. We have had multiple weeks of inactivity and ***** has stopped communicating regarding details of job. He sends text messages stating when phases of job will be done, but no-shows. We feel as if the company is moving from job to job, trying to pay for other jobs. They have $76K of our money but we don't have a finished product.
