I want to them give ZERO stars but I can't. DO NOT use this company by any means my pool is a disaster from the coloring from the pool, terrible staining on the floor of the pool, the wiring for my automated/wireless system is a mess, instead of putting a new slab of concrete for the pools filter, pump and heater one of there employees took upon himself and straighten the old slab in which we gave him a pass. I just had a pipe bust because the pipes were NOT leveled. My pools sat for over a month with water because the wire was a mess and nothing worked. The list goes ON, plus their customer service is the worse they never returned my messages or call maybe to my wife. go with another company avoid this headache!

I truly wish you could give zero stars. Dealing with JT Ultimate pools has been disastrous and I hope this review reaches you before you consider doing business with them. If your home warranty selects this company, REQUEST A DIFFERENT COMPANY ASAP!Pool Heater inoperative: ***** from JT Ultimate Pools came to troubleshoot the pool heater, which would not fire. He mentioned a few possibilities for the cause. That evening, I received word the claim was denied because my pH was high, and that high pH causes heater damage. The interior of the heater was not inspected, nor was any evidence of damage to the heater found. I received the photos of the chemical test strips from JT Pools showing very normal chemical levels across the board. They did a revisit and retested the water. For this visit, I had my water computer tested the two days preceding their visit with all chemicals (including pH) in the normal range. JT Ultimate pools once again stood by their claim that there was high pH and that is what caused the heater to not fire. I received the revisit photos of the test strips from JT Ultimate pools showing yet again, normal chemical levels.I tried to work through this with ******, the co-owner, and she informed me that *****, the other co-owner said in his opinion the high pH caused the damage (without ever looking at photos or visiting my property). I asked them to show me evidence of high chemicals and evidence of damage to the heater from the high pH. I provided the computerized test results and evidence from an ANSI standard for inground pools that refute the claim of high pH causing heater damage. No response to either question.There is a lot more to this event that involves integrity, customer service, and communication, all of which were nonexistent. Very disappointing to say the least.
