This company must have gotten my information from the dealership I purchased my car from, where I had already bought a separate warranty that was due to last more than 9 more months. I received this company's dire warnings that my warranty had not been activated and that I would be liable for the cost of repairs and damage if I did not "activate" their warranty (which is to say, if I didn't buy a separate, additional warranty from ****************)! This company seems to be engaging in predatory practices, and if I was not more aware of the fact that I already had a separate LEGAL warranty with another company, I might have fallen for their scam. Do NOT buy their claims or purchase a warranty from them.

Received a letter from AutoProtect USA, LLC. This company has a well-known history of deceptive marketing. The language is designed to cause a sense of urgency, a standard with scams. The letter mimics a legal document, when in fact it is just advertising. Uses terms such as Penalty for Private Use, $300 and Immediate Response required. I received a piece of spam mail with this phone number on it threatening FINAL NOTICE, CALL **************** IMMEDIATELY. This is FAKE, do NOT FALL FOR IT. SOMEHOW GOT A LOT OF MY INFORMATION ON MY CAR AND MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND NOW WANTS ME TO SPEND MORE MONEY ON MY CARS WARRANTY THAT IS ALREADY COVERED WHEN I BOUGHT THE **** I WOULD SAY THAT THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO STEAL MONEY FROM OUR HOUSEHOLD AND GIVE IT TO THEM FOR SOMETHING I'VE ALREADY PAID FOR SO TO ME THIS IS OUT AND OUT STEALING FROM ME AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC!!I WANT THEM TO PUBLICALLY AND SOCIALLY APOLOGIZE TO ME AND SEND ME THE ***** COST OF THE FAKE LETTER THEY SENT US!Review from Matthew G

Today May the 1st I spoke with ******************* at **************** this guy is amazing he was patient kind and very generous with information that I needed if possible I think the guy need a raise and a huge promotion that's just how great his customer service is I thank you for the opportunity to leave this review.Review from Kristina P

We keep getting letters saying that our warranty is going to expire we have called multiple times to tell them to stop sending us these letters that we don't even own nor have we ever owned the vehicle they are saying that we have a warranty on that is getting ready to expire This last time when we just called to tell them again to remove us from their list The man who answered the phone hung up when I called back again he again hung up on me they're very unprofessional it's a spam of a company nobody should waste their money with these people. They shouldn't even be allowed to have an LLC next to their name. At this point this is harassment and I'm fed up.Review from Claude D

They have been harassing and intimidating me ever since I purchased my vehicle. I never contracted with them, and never will, of course, yet I must have received over 20 pieces of mail from them, all of them trying to make me think I forgot to do something. I ********************* a Platinum protect plan with AutoprotectUSA.that at this time refused to honor their warranty. I have my vehicle service at the dealership where I purchase my vehicle from. Their inspector, or adjuster refused to accepting the professional opinions and the diagnostics report from the mechanic that been servicing my vehicle. Autoprotect has place me in a dreadful die hard situation . being that I need my vehicle to take my handicap wife back and forth to work. Not know if my vehicle is going to brake down. I'm seeking punitive damages due to the stress that Autoprotect has placed me under. I would call Autoprotect they would send me from person to person or hang up the phone while on hold, They refused to give me the inspection report from the inspector I request. Now they're going back and forth with me mechanics not giving them a clear explanation or unclarity. what is needed to have those repairs done. But in the meantime this has placed me under extreme stress, on how I'm going to get around .Review from BRIAN D

the review that ****** A had is the same for me. I did not start, I told them that i wanted to go home and go over my budget, because they wanted $300. a month and $450 to start. the man tried to keep me on the phone saying if you can't afford that we can make payment arrangement for you. I told him send me an overview of the programs. He wanted payment information, and he would send it to me via email. I told i would call when I'm off work. he told me that the deal would expire if i don't reserved now. I told him ************ for him and then i hung-up.
