Went with a family member and the girls ************************, and ****** were like pack dogs yelling at customers and making remarks about cultural differences and language. I can not believe those employees are allowed to work there and treat customers in such a disgusting way! The manager needs to be educated that ***** is an "employment at will" state and this " mean girl" behavior is cause to fire those bullies! I can not imagine how much business that company has lost because of this and the lack of ***** from the management. Such a shame to witness this. It hasn't such a bad feeling in my gut that I had to file a complaint and hope that the owners read this. There were several witnesses and even the supervisor got yelled out by one of the girls that the other customers just murmured and looked awkwardly at eachother in disbelief that they were not let go on the spot! One customer commented to a newly hired employee, " oh you have such a pleasant demeanor, I give you a month before that changes, they will break your spirit here!" I was shocked to hear that " regular" customer explain how they have been verbally accausted several times, along with other customers, over the last year, especially by the " ring leader *****!" Can you believe that? And yet there they are allowing her and the other 2 girls to continue representing the company in such a disgraceful way. I hope the owners read this, investigate, interview the new hires, and do " secret shopper" pretend to speak poor English in one of their lines at check out and watch the s*** show as I had to witness! Good luck keeping customers with employees that do not get reprimanded for their bad behavior and aweful customer service. Customers do not go there to be yelled at, disrespected, and belittled! They just want to purchase what they need regardless if they can speak proper English or not. I felt so bad for them. And not just one but multiple girls doing this made it that much worse to witness!
