If I could give this a 0 I would. First they guaranteed a delivery date of the 22nd they didnt arrive till the 26th. So I got full refund:( I get the shirts and they look horrible!! The print quality is not even the same. One picture the shirt person is wearing is different color. I called and emailed pictures to be told I would get full refund which was already done. Then they say I can wait for my refund and pay for more shirts. These were memorial shirts!! Not just any shirt!! I wouldnt spend a ***** on this company and will be sure to let my friends and family know what kind of horrible business they run:(:(

Order $500 worth of shirts, the ink comes off in 4 washes. They refuse to do anything about it. RIPOFF - STAY AWAY

They never tell the truth about shipping. I ordered shirts June 30. The shirts never arrived by July 12 which they confirmed. They told me it was a shipping issue. We have to reprint the shirts. Then it takes another two weeks. I called back and they say it was returned again because of the address. I thought they were joking. They weren't. They said they have to reprint and send them again. I called back for the 3rd time on July 31 and guess what they said, it was returned; shipping issue. They have to reprint them... WHAT? Never ever ever order from this company if it really is one. A baby was crying while I was talking to the customer representative in the background. UNPROFESSIONAL at best.

I ordered for the second time from Allied Shirts. I was very pleased with my first order a couple of years ago. My recent order fo 60 shirts totaling $792 did not go the same way. With Allied you can upload your logo the ha e to call to request the remove the background if necessary. They actually did that on my guest order. However on my larger second order the did not, after several phone conversations discussing my order, ligo and the removal of the background. After 2 weeks of waiting gor a response from their customer service they informed me that they would five me a $90 credit toward my reorder if I would like to five them another chance to correct their mistake. Please do not waste your money with this company. Deal with someone that knows 100% satisfaction guarantee means.

Placed order for gray shirts and bright orange words. Received brown shirts with a pinkish color words. **************** is horrible. Had to email pictures of the bad product. And never got a response back after a week. Had to call and sit on hold for 20 minutes to finally talk to someone that said the claim was being processed. Got an email the next day from a claims person asking for more pictures of a two sided shirt. I dont know how many pictures of the bad product you need to see that the company screwed up the order. Do not order from this poor quality company.

I ordered over $600 worth of shirts for an event. When they arrived, the design was streaky and partially faded, some shirts being worse than others. I used a high resolution vector image so I know it was not the graphic file. I submitted photos as requested and was told after a review they were printed as expected. After washing one of the shirts in cold water, the ink lifted and started peeling away. Do not purchase from this company! They do not stand behind their product and make you jump through hoops to correct any issues or get a refund. Don't make the same mistake I did.

These people are running a scam they cancelled my order without letting me know due to a system glitch and then couldnt make them in time for event. Dont use them ever!

My shirts came back with my logo cut off and they inferred thats what I ordered and only gave a 50% refund. Because everyone wants their logo cut off. Washed one of those shirts (in cold water) and the logo chipped off.

What a nightmare. Ordered 12 shirts for an event our business was sponsoring, and, as so many others have mentioned here, the shirts did not arrive by the guaranteed date. Unfortunately, once they did show up, the prints were splotchy, our logo on the front was printed at a noticeable slant. Some of the logos were compressed while others were stretched. Despite the promises that they check each shirt individually for quality before shipping, clearly they do not. After requesting a full refund, I was told it'd be one to two days to hear back, but as you can probably guess, that didn't happen. I called again and was told they made an oopsie and forgot to forward the photos I sent in to their art team for review. I'd only need to wait one or two business days for a response. Naturally, that didn't happen. Instead, I received an email stating that their art team was reviewing the refund request and I'd need to wait two to three days. At that point, I called in and was finally told I'd be issued a refund. I'm not sure if Allied Shirts is a scam or merely inept, but I wouldn't trust them to microwave a bowl of oatmeal. They offset their bad reviews with fake, farmed ones, by the way. Buyer beware, big time.
