      I committed to 12m completed that. And I was asked by trainer if I wanted to continue. I told trainer, hey Im sorry, I think Im done, maybe will try again in future and then I never heard back from her.( ***** ****)is the trainer.. and she assume to take it upon her self to keep charging me without letting me know. Until I saw my bank statement I never recommit to other on a month to month or 3 6 12m. Now she owes me 450$ for over. Charging me.

      I was a member of CG for approx. 5 years and then canceled a year or two back. I also had difficulty getting in touch with someone to assist with canceling because my trainer was not getting back in touch with me. I recently rec'd a text mssg from CG about a $16 one month "special" that clearly states no contract, no auto-enroll plus a free t-shirt if you complete 16 workouts. After paying my $16 and going through the prompts I get another prompt saying going forward I will be charged $139 monthly for unlimited CG. Incredibly unethical to "bait and switch" someone for something they did not ask/sign up for. CG what are you doing?

      I'm sorry to hear about this confusion. I'm not sure what the message is that you received about $139 but I'd be happy to take a look if you want to chat in with our member support team. I don't see that you have done that yet so we ask for the opportunity to address your concerns before submitting to the BBB. I do see that you participated in our promo and it was exactly as promised in terms of start and end date. Your membership was not auto-enrolled and was automatically cancelled at the proper end date. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't heard from your trainer. I'd love to ask more into your form of communication with your trainer and improve your experience.       I paid this company for all ***************************** April of 2024, my membership expired. I replied to a membership recommittment email and stated no, I did not want to recommit. I checked my account and saw that my membership ended in April. I thought I was complete. CG went on to charge me $69 a month for another 4 months as they claim I signed up again. This "recommittment" email is very misleading and it had a yes or no box that sent a reply. I thought this cancelled my membership. I issued a stop payment with my bank which has been rejected with 15 pages of paperwork from CG stating I have not honored my "renewed" membership. This "recommittment" email is intentionally misleading to a consumer. No where in this email was there a clear outline step of how to not "recommitt". I contacted ** and asked for refund. I was refused. I was told I didn't follow the proper steps to quit. When I explained what happened with email and asked to speak to a manager, I was told one was not on staff to help! I asked to have my case elevated. I was told I would be contacted ONLY if they felt that their chat information was incorrect. I have no recourse. I contacted my bank. I contacted the company and there is NO avenue to speak to a manager or get a dispute resolved. Buyer beware. I am contacting an attorney.

      Hi Karen, Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention and we do see that you chatted with a representative last week regarding this concern, I am sorry to see that their is still confusion regarding your membership. You did select "no" on the form that you did not want to recommit. As explained in the email, recommitting would have given you some exclusive discounts if you wanted to commit to a longer term but you decided to keep your current term. The email does not state that by selecting "no" that you are agreeing to end your membership. The contract that you had in place would remain, if you had recommitted you would start a new contract. Your membership is cancelled after you chatted in with our customer support team last week. Per your contract and agreed upon terms which are also on the website for your convenience: https://campgladiator.com/legal/terms/bold, the membership auto renews to a month to month plan until you cancel. You must cancel by contacting your trainer our HQ and all sales are final.  We want everyone to end their membership on a positive note and we hope this explanation to your complaint addresses any assumptions or confusion.       I have been trying to cancel my membership since January 2024. They claimed I signed up for 2 more years and I never did. Now my membership is in collection because they want me to pay over $1200 which is 19 more months of membership . I never signed up for a new membership. When I contacted them they said I had to do online workouts if my trainer was no longer available. Not an option. This is crazy. Do not go with this company. I am ready with a lawyer to fight!

      We are sorry to see this is how your membership ended with Camp Gladiator. We want every member to have a great experience and stay committed to the goal originally set out to accomplish. We made every attempt to collect the past due amount including a pre-collections email on 4/12/24. You requested to cancel your membership but you were in a 2 year contract. Your trainer was a current trainer and still is at CG so was able to provide you workouts. You had 19 months remaining in your membership and you agreed to the terms on 10/30/23 and agreed and at that time to a 24 month contract. Again, sorry to see that that we are ending on this note. We wish you the best moving forward.

      Zero stars for customer service! I canceled my membership in May because our trainer left and because online workouts were not for me. Went through the trainer to freeze my account but it was never frozen/paused. Used the Live Chat button to try to get through to a live person. On 5/23/24 I finally got through and had someone help me cancel, or so I thought. I received the cancellation email and an email of the live chat stating that as of 5/31/24 my account would be canceled. I truly thought it was all done. I realized, recently, that I was still being charged $79 for a canceled membership. Fraudulent charges. I even provided this proof and was told they could only refund me one month's payment. I was told it was my responsibility to be checking my accounts. While this is true, it is also the company's responsibility to NOT charge a customer AFTER they have canceled and it shows this in black and white. I am awaiting a full refund. I joined in May 2019 and loved it but the LACK of customer service and accountability it alarming. We will see if my refund is "processed" as they say it will be. I am very disappointed.

Due to the mixed requests there was an oversight on our end and we apologized and refunded you all 3 payments. Your account was frozen per your initial request until 5/30.       This company will not cancel your contract for anything! I am having health issues and have a doctors note. They will not accept the note unless it is says specific words!!! Now I have to ask the doctor to redo it. Do not sign up! You will never be able to get out of the contract even on your death bed!!!

      I have been trying to cancel for months. I've messaged my trainer through the app several going red as instructed to do, no response. I've messaged him through fb, no response. I texted his personal and cg cell, nothing. It seems this is a reoccurring problem with not being able to quit as a way to basically steal money from your customers. PLEASE LET ME CANCEL!!!

      I signed up for the CG nutrition plan on 5/31/2024 . After several weeks of not receiving services, I tried to contact corporate. The only way to contact CG corporate is through a chat button on their website, which only appears as they so deem. Their site lists that their hours are between 8 and 5 central. However, the chat button was not available until noon when I reached them, finally, on 6/28. I had a conversation first with a bot. Then, after my repeated requests for to speak to a person I finally was connected with a representative, *****. I had an appointment to get to when my situation to be let out of my contract was still not resolved. ***** told me not to worry, a copy would be emailed to me. I never received a copy. I tried to use the chat button today, 7/1, and it was not there during their morning business hours. I had in the meantime, contacted their VP through IG and FB. Through FB, their VP, ***************, messaged me to contact their nutrition VP, *****. I did this immediately, and received from ***** at 4:38pm today that they were not ceasing my contract but changed me to a trainer in ******!!! I have been bounced around between 3 trainers for this nutrition plan and not received any services. The trainer assigned to me, *******, could not see me on his dashboard. He contacted corporate and received o help. Then, corporate assigned to my workout trainer who is not doing nutrition. Now, I am assigned a trainer who isn't even local! CG corporate is unresponsive, unsupportive, and should cancel my nutrition contract as requested since they DID NOT hold up their end of the contract. I gave them 1 star only because their trainer, *****************, is AMAZING. He actually receives 5 stars, Corporate, however, receives for 0 stars. They need a phone number and emails to handle customers complaints. I am livid and infuriated with CG corporate. Their response to all contact is to use the dumb chat!!! Read your complaints corporate! There is a theme!************

To clarify for other readers, our chat option has live representatives available M-F 8am-5pm CST, we are closed on weekends and holidays. We have an after hours request form as well. Our chat option provides quick and easy service rather than customers experience long hold times to speak to someone over the phone. We also have empowered our trainers to manage memberships. Where a nutrition coach is located doesn't impact your contract as you are not meeting in person for your nutrition membership. You contacted us displeased with your service for this first time last month after your nutrition coach decided to discontinue offering this service. You had not contacted us prior to that saying you were not receiving any meal plans or that you were displeased with the service.  We are fulfilling our promise with the membership by reassigning you to another highly qualified nutrition coach.  When a nutrition coach decides to discontinue their nutrition services, we are disappointed when that happens as it impacts our members, however we do have other highly qualified 5 star trainers and coaches that would be happy to help you continue to reach your health and fitness goals and until you have met your minimum commitment. Again, we hope to improve your experience moving forward.

      I've been with Camp Gladiator since 2020 and even though I truly enjoyed working out with them for two years, I am deeply disappointed with this organization. I moved from ***** to ******** in 2023. I called them multiple times in the fall of 2023 to cancel my membership since I had an ACL/meniscus tear/surgery and then I had a baby. Nobody answered my phone calls back in October 2023. It is very upsetting to not have a way to communicate with anyone when you are paying $69 monthly ($79 now). I then proceeded to email them campersupport@ campgladiator.com requesting to cancel my membership. My email request bounced back saying that I should use a chat bot on Camp Gladiator website. I used the Chat Bot on the website but unfortunately, when I enter "I need to cancel my membership". It does not let me. It keeps saying "Contact your trainer" (which I do not have one, he left CG and I no longer live in *****). The chat bot has several responses but none of them allow me to cancel. I've happily paid $2346 for the months I was using CG but at this point I paid Camp Gladiator $552 for nothing... because they do not have a way for a person to cancel virtually... I even called my bank to dispute and the resolution team of my bank said that Camp Gladiator denied my request to get money back for months unused! I will be filing a complaint with Texas Consumer Protection because this is ridiculous. Camp Gladiator went down! I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Again, for the price of $79 a month, they should provide a way to reach out to them and talk to someone. Very very disappointing

When going through our chat bot it will direct you to trainer but it will also ask if you do not have a trainer. If you select that you do not have a trainer it will immediately route you to a member support representative. We are sorry to hear you had difficulty navigating the chat option. We are chat based to avoid long hold times.  Please feel free to go through our chat again and "ask for a human" and we can further investigate your needs.
