This company steaks from good consumers, loyal constituents such as myself. I signed up for their trial upon realizing that the platform would be of no significant use I reached out to customer service via email. They were RUDE said Im prohibited from CANCELLING a FREE TRIAL during the first ***** hrs. Does this make sense? Or is it a deterrent to sidetrack the individual so they forget to email them or cancel when this company says its okay! I dont think so. I notified them thats all that matters. The supervisor left me a VM he said he refused to refund my money. No! Unacceptable. I didnt use their services and they need to refund my $39.95 yesterday. I filed a dispute with DCU apparently this disgusting company out of ***** is hard up for money and has no qualms in lying to a financial institution. On June 14th DCU reversed a $39.95 provisional credit. Im not letting this go. If 360 Legal Forms wants to keep my $39.95 they will have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt of how many times I used their services- their legal form templates. They will fail - because I created 1 document on Day 1 realizing that it would be useless to what I needed to be accomplished. Im done rant over Beyond disgruntled *****Initial Complaint

On 6/21/22 I applied for a trademark name. I was charged amounts of $197, $59, and $350. On 6/21 I asked them to cancel my order and refund me the payment. On 6/23 I received 2 emails from them stating they cancelled my orders (see uploaded files). On 6/23 my bank statement shows that not only did they not cancel any of the amounts, they also rebilled me for the $197 and $59 and billed me for the $350 filing fee. After I cancelled the application! I have tried to email them but keep getting emails from them stating if I don't notify them otherwise, they will complete the processing of my request. I tried calling them but get kicked off the automated system with the message, "we are sorry we missed your call. please leave your number and we will get back to you." They do not return calls. There is no way to contact a human being. Their chat robot can't help. They say to call the # which is as above. I have called my bank to let them know, but they closed the complaint. I believe this business is a complete scam and should be reported to the ***
