      on .july 16, 2024 I purchased a wilderness systems 14.5 ft tsunami kayak from Amazon who chose to use ceva freight to deliver this item to my home with signature required. delivery date was July 31 to *********************************************************************************. The night befor delivery I experienced a tooth ache but was prevented from getting to the dentist the next day because of deliver. **** tracking stated delivery between 8 am and 8 pm. ***** was never delivered on the stated date. Tracking ended on the 29th with the kayak shown in **********. Tracking was terrible and it appears my order disappeared. Research shows this company has a poor rating for tracking and delivery. As of August 1, I still have no idea where this kayak is and if there's now damage.

      I placed an order on Amazon on 5/2/2024 for a large rug. It was supposed to be delivered 5 days later on 5/7. However, the day before it was to be delivered, I was informed by Amazon that they could not deliver the rug and would have to have a third party company(Ceva Logistics) and it would be delayed until 5/15. I was upset about this but I know these things happen. A couple of days after they picked up the rug, I checked on the status and it was saying it would be delivered on 5/14. I even got a call asking for me to confirm a delivery time for that date. I was happy because at least it was a day earlier than I was expecting. However, on 5/14 I received a automated call saying that it would have to be delivered on 5/15 because it hadn't made it to my area yet. So I scheduled the time for that date. I noticed that the rug showed up at their local warehouse at 6am on 5/15 so I was hoping they would be able to stick to their agreed upon delivery time.But at the end of the day, they contacted me and said that it would have to be delivered the next day (despite them physically having it). When I pressed, they said their staff had already left. At this point, I am not even sure it will ever arrive.

      Item was ordered on April 19th (order# ***-9492907-5346665). The item was purchased with next day delivery. The item shows as picked up by carrier and a delivery date set up on the 19th as well. However there was no attempt to contact us via e-mail or phone. The company states they did not pick up the item and just claims theres nothing they can do.

      Ordered a large item through Amazon. The delivery window was guaranteed between 11am-2pm. However, the details stated that someone MUST be there for delivery. I took off work and the drivers never contacted me. The item showed as being out for delivery since 10:35am. Around 2pm I attempted to contact CEVA on multiple occasions and never received an answer. I contacted the seller that I contacted the product through, they were able to get in contact with a CEVA representative who informed me that their cut off time for delivery services was 7pm. It is currently 6pm and the drivers have not reached out whatsoever, the representative stated that he did not have a way to contact the drivers. Had I have known my item was being shipped through CEVA I would have ordered elsewhere to prevent this headache. Very unprofessional and inconvenient!

      I placed an order with Amazon and had a delivery scheduled for a week later, Dec 15. I took a day off of work to be home to sign for the package. At 5:30pm I received a message that the delivery was delayed. I got Amazon involved and attempted to contact the carrier, Ceva Logistics, and was on hold for over 2 hours and never got in touch with anyone. The package was supposed to be delivered again on 12/19 and at 3:59pm, the driver put in the system it was undeliverable due to the weather, yet it was sunny and 55 degrees??? No one will answer their phones and customer service is nonexistent. I have scheduled electricians to come wire in the generator tomorrow, yet due to this joke of a logistics company, I have no generator a week after it was supposed to be delivered. This company needs to have their license pulled and be shutdown!

      3-23-23. Ceva Logistics delivered a vanity I ordered from ****** **** When I purchased the item from ****** I paid extra for "in house delivery" since it's weighs over 300 pounds. I noticed is stated threshold on the delivery email so I called the Ceva #: ************** at 10:41am and spoke with a gentleman who assured me it was going to be delivered inside my home. Around 12:30pm the (2) Ceva delivery men came but I was not home. My son knew it was to be delivered inside, but they said no it's not that type of delivery. They said they had to leave it in the garage. The tracking information shows KK signed, but I did not sign for the delivery. I called Ceva local #:************** at 12:42pm- no answer. Then I called Houzz **** to see if they could ask the **************** to return and move the item to "inside my home". They could not help with this. I called Ceva back at 1:26pm and they said they could not help. I don't know any way to move the item so I am starting a return through ****** ****. I am traveling tomorrow so this is making me nervous.

      We have been getting the run around for a product we ordered on Amazon thats supposed to be delivered by ceva logistics. Its impossible to get a call back from them and when they did schedule my delivery twice, they never showed up.

      I ordered a weight system from Amazon on February 3 2022 Ceva logistics intercepted the package to deliver and as of today I have not received my package. I've made MULTIPLE calls to track my package through Ceva and no one can tell me anything. I get transferred to person to person as of today my package still has not arrived. When contacting Ceva I spoke to *****. ***** laughed at me while telling me she had nothing more to tell me when asked for a supervisor she placed me on hold for 45 min. That's when **** the supervisor told ***** that she wasn't able to locate it and that maybe I should just have amazon resend it. Per tracking it shows that it WAS checked in at her docking station on February 8th at 12:00 pm but **** has no clue nor has she tried to reach out to me.

      This complaint is in regards to the Ceva Logistics ******, ***** location. Order Number: CEV1078967. I purchased a sofa through another company, and they are using Ceva as a third-party delivery service to deliver my order. I made the purchase on 2/4/2022. On 2/12/2022 I was contacted by Ceva to schedule my delivery appointment--I scheduled my appointment for Monday 2/21/2022 between 8AM-1PM. On 2/14/2022 I received a confirmation email that my order had shipped. However, my delivery did not arrive on 2/21/2022 within the timeframe it was scheduled, so I called Ceva. I was informed that my order had arrived at the warehouse that day, and was still in the truck waiting to be unloaded. I was informed that my order should be unloaded by the following day and was advised to call back on Tuesday (2/22/2022). Tuesday morning I called Ceva back and was told that my order was still on the truck waiting to be unloaded. I was advised again to call back later. Since Tuesday (2/22/2022), I have tried to call Ceva Logistics back multiple times using the phone number they provided me -- **************, and no one has answered the phone. I have called at least 5 times with no answer. Finally, I was able to speak with a representative this morning (Friday 2/25/2022), and I was informed that my order is still on the truck, and has not been unloaded yet. They have told me that I cannot reschedule delivery since my order has not been unloaded from the truck yet, and have not been able to provide me with an estimated timeframe of when I can expect this to happen.
