I was given a room with no a/c. I swiped my card at 5 then went meet with family for dinner. Entered the room at 11. Dozed off and woke up to my nose bleeding from not having air circulation. Went to the a/c it was broken only heater worked. (Its April) call the front desk lil Mexican chick was nice said it was shift change and the next lady will come see about it call back in 20 mins. Did that. No answer. Tried 20 mins later the mean white lady picked up yelling at me saying she is not hvac and it wasnt her problem and I would have to wait in the a.m then hung up. I grabbed my keys and phone which was all I brought in then gave the remote and key back and I old her i medically cannot stay in a room w/o air. I had to call the police to see when someone will be there to ask questions about accommodating me. So at 7am I was there new lady basically not listening to see if I could be accommodated in some type of way just screaming no refund and Im being a hard a** I would like my refund for that night. I did not sleep there due to their a/c not working and they didnt have any other rooms. Ive emailed them and no response. Its only fair I receive my refund under those circumstances
