It takes too long to receive it. First of all it takes almost 6 weeks for them to process it then it takes another three weeks before they send it and the glasses get real dirty for no apparent reason even though in a case, I recommend that nobody nobody your money on this right here. All I can say is I wish that I would have read the reviews prior to spending the money that I did with this company!!! Trust all these negative reviews!!! The customer service is horrible if you need anything fixed. They will NOT send you what you ordered when it comes to the transitions lenses. When I called to let them know they basically acted like I didn’t order the transitions that I ordered and then gaslit me into them saying I wouldn’t send a video even though I said I would. All I was asking is, how would you know from a video of them if they were the polarized lenses? And she couldn’t tell me. All she said is they would send the video to “some specialized person” that would know. Then told me that I would have to pay for them to be returned for a refund even though I never asked for a refund. I waited over 3 weeks and them putting my order on hold twice for no known reason just for them to be incorrect. Then saying that I didn’t order what I wanted even though I have my invoice saying what I ordered which was transitions XTRactive polarized. And then have the invoice that came with my order that is the least expensive transition lenses. Invoice said: transitions photochromic . DO NOT I REPEAT “even if you think they are cute glasses” DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!!! ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!!Review from Kimberly W

DONT TRUST THIS SIT, SCAM, SCAM, THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN!!! ORDERED GLASSES, WHICH IDK IF A DOG CAN SEE OUT OF! AS IF THEY GLUED MAGNIFYING GLASS OR STRAIGHT GLASS INTO FRAMES, THEN TO ATTEMPT A REFUND, A BOGUS ADDRESS, YOU"D HAVE TO PAY FOR AND GIVE THEM TRACKING ANOTHER SCAM , PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS SITE!!Review from Rachell G

I ordered two pairs for glasses and added photochromic lenses which cost a lot extra. When received both glasses did not have photochromic lenses. I requested to have a refund for the lenses only and i would keep the frame to not go through the hassle of returning and more since i am very busy. The representative for Zelol declined to assist me. Declined to give me a refund of any sorts. Continued to ask for images which i shared multiple images and still did not want to give a refund for the lenses NOT the frame. After going back and forth they offered $40 refund for both lenses, i paid 120$ each lenses were a lot more than $40. I declined left a bad review on their site and bbb. Do not recommend buying from here if the company cannot fix and acknowledge their own mistakes.Review from Nitikeisha H

This is my first time using Zeelool. I do love the style of the frames but they do not have much variety in size or shapes that properly fit for low nose bridges. Their customer service is trash $h!t. They have a customer service number posted that they never answer. It constantly have the same message that the wait time is 3 minutes but then after 5 minutes they say no agents are available, call back later, and then they hang up. I just, just received an email saying they have a higher call volume but i believe that is a lie because for the past 15 minutes of my trying to call they have only had a 3 minute wait time. I believe the number is a fake number or a dud number and they only respond through email which is what they should properly communicate on their website instead of wasting people's time.Review from Kat D

I would negative a million if I could. It has been SIX MONTHS. And I’ve YET to receive a proper pair of glasses from them. I received one pair with correctly thinned lenses (I’ve been wearing glasses my whole life so I know thinned lenses), the rest have been coke bottle lenses. They even tried to gas light me about the frames being different and they got some expert to look and they are thinned and I chose wrong. FUCKING BULLSHIT. I sent them all the pictures ti they finally had to accept it was THEIR fault. Then they said we will send the THINNEST LENSES we have..guess what y’all?? THE SAME THICK LENSES JUST FUCKING ARRIVED. Don’t walk, RUN in the other direction from this scam, lie, daft ass company that not only doesn’t give a shit but will ACTUALLY troll and gaslight you. There’s no way after six pairs of glasses with thick lenses that this is an actual mistake at this point. They’re either trolling me or just plain don’t give a flying fuck. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I'm surprised by all the negative comments! I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and they were delivered within one week. Both pairs were attractive and the p lenses were correct for my vision. The only problem I had was with the web site. It was not easy to search for styles or find detailed info about the frames. Otherwise, I am satisfied.Review from Sofa King P

Here's my take on all these Zeelool horror stories, and this is directed AT the people running Zeelool: If you folks applied to the actual operations of your company and its customer service branch, even ONE-QUARTER of the diligent attentiveness you're currently devoting to your lengthy, self-promoting, platitude filled responses to EACH AND EVERY complaint you are getting here on this BBB site ABOUT your customer service -- and your products -- then you wouldn't be GETTING these many complaints. I currently have an order with you for glasses, and just today, 5/22/24, received notification it has been shipped -- from Shanghai -- and with a tracking number. You are hereby cordially placed on notice that I am expecting nothing less than a flawless fulfillment of the terms of my purchase -- no inexplicable delays, no excuses, no offers of "partial refunds" upon failure of delivery, and so forth. If all turns well with my order, you will receive a subsequent, positive rating from me. It is one thing to repeatedly proclaim in words how important keeping customers happy is to you; it is quite something else to put in the actual, careful work to make sure that is the case. I had my issue resolved Zeolol even sent me return label. Some employee name Cresent started sending me emails at minight on how they cnt exmine glasses now and caling me a name that i Not mine.Zeelool Response
