**** was an absolute GODSEND let him help you before you go anywhere else! He is knowledgeable and kind and truly went above and beyond!Thank goodness I checked the Better Business Bureau before going with a competitor its not just the price, which is less than his competitors, but he FULLY understands the ins and outs of the process as hes been in business since the 90s.I was looking to renew my passport, but I kept getting the same instructions from every passport rush service they couldnt do ANYTHING until TWO weeks before I travelled, and that meant I would be forced into a 5 day turnaround (their most expensive package) AND I would have to wait in limbo for three weeks before everything kicked off. This was a wildly stressful option.LUCKILY I called Ace passports and **** explained that since it was a simple renewal, he could get me my passport in 1 week from when I got him my documents no waiting around until the last minute. He then got on the phone to talk me though the online form which was very straightforward (not mentioned or proffered by any of the other businesses) and coached me though my stresses and answered all my questions (which were many).He was accommodating, patient, & most importantly he came though perfectly. I got my passport 3 weeks before flying rather than stressing for a month.Dont be fooled by his competitors flashy websites, large teams, & high prices he is an honest and knowledgeable person who runs a small business rather than a box-ticking corporation.He did a better job for less money and he did it with empathy and humanity. You wont regret using his services.

We paid for a passport expediting service through passportsandvisas.com and had to deal with this train wreck of a company. I paid over $700 for a 9 day service and put together all of my information. My mom applied at the same time as me for an even faster service for more $$$ and I helped put together all of the materials for both of us. We submitted our paperwork online with their "checker" and got confirmation that all of the paperwork was ready to go. In addition, I emailed the documents to our account representative and they assured us that they were okay. Only after overnighting the documents on my own dime, my mom received a call saying that we were not supposed to e-sign the letter of authorization, which my mom fixed right before sending all of her documents in. I sent a scanned copy of the updated letter of authorization to my account representative and was told that it would not be an issue. We both received letters from the department of state saying that our letters of authorization were not accepted. It is now 14 days since the process started and we have no received our passports and we are both missing our flights to Europe. It not only cost us for the service itself, overnighting multiple papers, and hours missed from work, but the lack of professionalism alone would warrant this review. The phone was rarely answered, email replies did not address the questions directly asked, and time sensitive issues were responded to in 1-2 days, not same day. We are still in the dark on whether or not we will get our passports in the next week, and we are not hopeful that anyone will help compensate us for the money lost on our flights. Do not use their services.
