On October 28, 2021, I ordered some figures from AAA Toy and Collectibles. The total was $259.74. These items were for pre-order and during COVID, so it was expected to take a few months. June of '22 I emailed asking for a status update and received a response that part of my order was in, and they were waiting for the rest. Great. After a few more months, I emailed again. No response this time. I've emailed half a dozen more times, no response. I've attempted to use their live chat on several occasions, but never received a response there, either. My order still shows active on their website. (#****). I tried going through the bank and PayPal, but it stopped being their problem after 6 months. They company is still actively sending out newsletters and updating content on their website.Initial Complaint

Transaction happened 07/20/2022 and was finally delivered on 1/24/2024. This item was to be expected in at least 6 months. I sent them various messages about status and resolution with no response within the 1st year. I called with no answer, emailed with no answer and even sent the company a message on ******** a year later with automated responses that gave no human interaction. I get a notification on 1/20/24 that I have an item shipping to my old job, which was said package. At this point, there is still no contact or apology for taking so long to send out and for not responding.Initial Complaint

The order was made on 4/23/2021 for $110 from AAA Toys and Collectibles and the item was suppose to arrive in the fall. In October I inquired about the status of my order and received an email on 11/2/2021 stating that due to the Global shipping industry that everything is delayed and that you can check the status of the order on their website aaatoysandcollectibles.com which I have numerous times and keep stating awaiting fulfillment. I have tried to contact them again by email and through the chat on their website but goes unanswered. Just been asking for a refund in the amount I paid of $110. Going to their ******** page to see if there was another way to contact them I found out I'm not the only one that been getting this same treatment from this company. I paid through paypal and still have the order invoice and the email from 11/2/2021 so copied them and upload in attachment below.Initial Complaint

I have placed an online order with the company in question. After having placed the order, which totaled about $113 that I paid for using a credit card and a $50 gift card, I have been trying to contact the company you regarding my order and have gotten no replies. The order was for 2 items and since placing the order, the inventory on the items have changed, one being out of stock. I am now worried there's a possibility I may not receive my order for years because of their order/pre order policy. I've been trying to contact them to clarify what's going to happen Moving forward. The second item in my order releases in October(for now), however as per their policy I would not receive it until the first item(which is now out of stock) is restocked, which there's no guarantee it will be. I do not want to hang around for years waiting for these items all while my payment has already been charged. It's like paying for a chance to receive my order but no guarantee.I'm unable to cancel my order, and because of the fact that I am not able to get contact from them, I'm beginning to think that the company is displaying scam-like behavior. I would have no issue if they would have some contact with me, however because they won't I'm now thinking of how I can get the order canceled and get my money back. I've never had to fight charges with the bank and businesses before so I'm not sure how that works given different business' policies, but I wanted to give the BBB a try first to see if there's anything that can be done. I've also found some reddit posts about other buyers having similar problems and not receiving support. The website has no contact info, they have a chat box where they say to leave your message and they'll contact you but they never do. They have social media accounts, but they don't reply there either. If possible to get help in resolving this issue, I would appreciate it a lot as I'm basically out of pocket $113.Initial Complaint

I placed two orders on their website on October 28th, 2021. Order# **** in the amount of $239.94 and Order# **** in the amount of $103.92. These were "pre-orders" for items that had not been released. Those items have since been released and are commercially available elsewhere. The seller has not shipped my items, and multiple attempts to contact via email as well as via their ******** page (which is active and updating) and ******** Direct Message have gone without answer. I would like the business to fulfill my orders or refund me.Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
