Amazing customer service! The agent asked for my VIN to confirm that I was ordering the right part. Saves so much of unnecessary heartache. Delivery was quick and my part arrived on time and as promised. Big shout out! to the team for being professional and courteous.

I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Although the part I had ordered turned out to be unusable the staff (Max)informed me before shipping and offered me a refund. It can be challenging supplying used parts and they did best they could to take care of me. I will definitely consider going to them in the future.Quality Auto Parts Response

Got a quote for a transmission. Spent a few days hunting around for a better deal, as I have no need for a warranty. This transmission will be modified and any warranties would be void. After doing some research I went with a competitor offering a better deal still with a warrenty by hundreds of dollars. When I messaged ***** back to let him know I was no longer interested, I got multiple text messages in response telling me I need blessings, and implied that all his negative reviews are "garbage people". I guess I shouldn't have let him know I didn't need the part anymore, or that I based my decision on multiple word of mouth reviews.Quality Auto Parts Response

I am a senior citizen, never ordered auto parts online in my life. They made this a very easy thing for me to do. I appreciate your people very much from the person. Ill talk to you later. I Musta made him a little crazy but he did a fantastic job, if I am not mistaken, his name was ******* thank you ******* youve been very very helpful and nice. I was supposed to get an email when the part was shipped I did not receive one I called spoke to *****. Amazing from start to finish! ******* on the phone asked for the car pin because ** had different models and we wanted to be sure the mirror fit. She found which one and I ordered.
