This was my first custom home building experience, and Arnold builders made it great from their showroom to the onsite inspections every step was easy. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was second to none. My parents were so impressed their work that they even used them to build their forever home.

Wayne & Tommie Arnold of Arnold Custom Builders are great and did a wonderful job on our custom home project in Bastrop County. They are thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional and kind. They always kept us up to date as the project progressed. Even after project completion, they have still gone above and beyond in supporting our needs regarding the home. If we were looking to build again, they would be our first choice.

Arnold Custom Builders attempted to cut corners in quality in every way possible on our large remodel project.We took a **** sq ft brick home down to the studs, changed all plumbing, and electrical. Arnold's workers covered up rotten wood while saying they removed the rotten wood prior to covering with Hardi, cut new vent holes in our roof which faced the front of the home (while ignoring the existing vent holes and advising us they used the existing vent holes), placed the plumbing for the kitchen sink in the incorrect location, had an electrician who advised we could keep the current breaker box while the inspector stated the current breaker box was illegal. They had a non-licensed worker performing electrical work on our home. We had to hire our own electrician. This list is not all of the issues we have had with Arnold Custom Builders. They advised us it would take 3-4 months to complete while being aware the windows would not arrive for 7 months. They did not notify us about the window delay until after we signed the contract and paid them money. That is dishonest because they wanted to get us under contract without first telling us the honest timeframe. Take your money to a more competent company who takes more pride in their work.
