When I was looking for someone to give me assistance with a home inspection, I heard nightmares about other companies. However, I was given ALLSPEC, and they were great!! It was accurate, honest and most of all thorough! ***, he is informative and know all the laws, policies and codes that the city as well as the housing market requires! He explains those to you and let you know / see what ( plumber, electrical) you will need to repair and why. That's not just it! He has his own pest control person that comes in and let you know if there is ******** you may have or if it WAS an issue! I was so excited walking with him as he looked and explained everything. He has saved me hundreds of dollars from purchasing a home that would have cost me more than the home itself ( he doesn't tell you to purchase or repair, he just give the information). I will always recommend ALLSPEC, they're trusted and reliable! **************Review from Brandi

ALLSPEC was wonderful to deal with! *** did a very thorough inspection and answered all questions. His report came very promptly and was willing to answer further questions after receiving the written report, too. I would definitely recommend him.Review from Addie H.
