      I came to WF for a medical procedure &wanted to enjoy dinner, a cold one, knowing my hotel had no microwave. I stopped by your en route to get my order. When I opened up the food to eat it. Having looked to see there was a salad, and the chips and salsa--for the chips, but not the salsa that was for the sandwich (or canape, as that was not a sandwich at 3 inches long and almost ALL spinach), plus a container with something--as the wraps come in, I stupidly assumed it was fine. Never again. The "half sandwich" actually was not a half--I had a full one last month--so three inches--really--of spinach and a couple splotches of "veggies" also dry? ABSOLUTELY NOT and absolutely never again--I have been ordering these for ***** years. ******* location was my go-to, and I loved all Jason's but have watch yours decline since moving previously to the area--it used to be a treat to come back. Now I will be sure no one else I know tries to. The full side salad--for which I paid extra--HAD NO DRESSING! NONE. So how do I eat this. I HATE dry foods. And I have a right to, since I paid for my choice. I never understood how people ate dry salads. Was it so hard? HOW does this happen? and I always eat late--Mediterranean culture here--so it's now past my bedtime because I was trying to figure out what to eat so my stomach doesn't growl and keep me up. I am furious. Prices are so high anyway, but the continual quality decline is inexcusable, and you are one of these offenders. If I pay more for food and take out, I want my order. I want ALL my order. $16.10 and I had a few mini muffins (4, which would have been FREE if I ordered in house since the salad bar trip would have come with them) and a three inch cut off tortilla with spinach--dry, with my dry salad. Sound tasty? Yeah, me neither. Train your employees to triple check orders. I was rushed out. Here. Bye. Not rudely, but there was no place there to stand. So I quickly made sure the three items I ordered existed.

      I have never had a problem at a physical location. However, Jasons's customer service via corporate is diabolical! Mindboggling that *******************************, the "Director" and her minion are working double time to bully their customers. Up to the point that I they ignored cries for help, self sabotage, and the mental anguish caused by the lack of communication, abandonment, refusal to escalate, not returning a call, email, no accountability, they tried to turn this around on me. The director, or lack thereof, had the audacity to tell me there was nothing she could do to make me happy, yet offered me nothing, then said she would put deli dollars, she didn't, emailed again, the same person, ******* is speaking on her behalf and telling me what I have recorded is false and her director did not say that. I have recordings! Literally stopped replying to emails, had to reach out again to inquire about leadership. Refused to help Mr when she could have simply look at my order history, over deli dollars that I paid for and didn't receive. Yet, wants a receipt and refused to look at my order history to verify what I stated was factual. Insinuating a customer is a liar when they have been there several times a week, but ******'s stated I went 3 times a month. Derogatory and disgusting! ******'s and ******** "She's young, she's really trying!" She abandoned the emails, stopped replying, refused to allow me to have the matter escalated, an entire weekend and full business day on Monday, after 4pm, I reach back out and she tells me it's the **** she would get back to me the following day! ******'s told me I couldn't and she wouldn't allow me to speak to anyone else that she was the "director!" She welcomed me get the ** involved, legal team, and no other options but make excuses for her lover. It's obvious the two have some sort of engagement or this is her daughter. Idk what kind of weired dynamic that the two tag team customers to the point of death. If I die this will be on *******

      2.5 stars is my true rating. Please prepare your food accurately based on the menu descriptions! My husband ordered the zucchini garden pasta and the description included roasted tomatoes. There was NONE! The employee and manager both said they use a paste. Couldnt find anything more than a few specks of red. Your menu description was very misleading to the point of right out you by about whats in the dish. I have photos and will try to upload but I dont see an option to do that.       I had an interesting sit to with the MANAGER at Jason's in ********.I told him that this would be our last visit because our baked potato( which was slow coming out) sat on the delivery table for 8-10 minutes. Then when the girl brought it finally, we asked for salt and pepper as we saw other patron obtain from a passing waitress. OUR girl told us she didn't speak English and shrugged at our query. When she couldn't understand us we knew our asking for a to go box would not be forthcoming. We finally asked another girl, who happily spoke English for two to go boxes, but I suppose that quest was erased in her brain because by the time we had finished the potatoes, we still had no to go box. I asked if there was a manager on site and they fetched him. I told him of our disappointment and he said that THIS IS ***** and all restaurants had people who couldn't speak English!!! I said how am I to communicate my needs if she doesn't understand. He leaned over the counter, looked me in the eye and snarled, "Maybe you NEED to learn another language"!!!!! I was awe struck for a second then remark, "I'm sorry, I didn't realize that you were an idiot!" He then went into a tirade filled with F words about how, because I don't speak Spanish I am a F....ing idiot....... Thus, don't go near Jason's until they learn that the customer is always right. WHAT AN UNDER-EDUCATED, RUDE, BUFFOON JASON'S HAS RUNNING OFF THEIR BUSINESS.........Unless that attitude comes from above!!!!

      I guess I should have read the reviews before having our family meet up here to eat. I'm not sure where to start.... Place was filthy, with no sense of order. We see the lady sweeping around the salad bar with dust coming up from the floor and onto the food, then the same worker grabbed a cart and with the same dirty hands refilled the salad bar. that is so disgusting!I took photos of how dirty this place was. Now getting to the food.... WOW it was such low grade, like school lunch chicken tenders, fruit was old and moldy, the managers special, was horrible. The gumbo was awful. I asked to speak to the manager, he was not there. I called to speak with the manager they told me to call back Friday. So, our bill was $45 Plus for garbage. I will be calling tomorrow for a full refund. ****** Tumbling in ************* **.

      This is the fifth and final time I have ordered and prepaid for a lunch to pick up that was not there well after the time that was indicated and that the excuse was given that someone had stolen it from the pick up area. These people are completely incompetent, dont care ( youre welcome to leave was what I was told the last time this happened) and dont have qualified management. Never again. The food isnt that great to give it another chance. Good luck

      We went to Jason's Deli located at ***************** in ******, **. That restaurant should be a model for all Jason's Delis. The restaurant is clean, even during the lunch rush, the salad bar was perfect. Tables are bussed quickly and all employees are kind and welcoming. We've been there twice this month.

      I was not happy with the customer service on last night. I believe the guy working the front was the manager and older guy. I was waiting for my food along with another customer he offered the man waiting a complimentary drink. He never offered me the same as I waiting also. When both our to go orders were ready he kindly put the man food nicely in the bag closed it with the crease. My food he called my name and my bag was open for me to crease. I feel like he discriminated against me because I was a black woman. My $36.11 along with a $3.61 tip was accepted. I truly hope he doesnt benefit from any of the tips. I have frequent this restaurant before and was never treated this way. Thank you for reading my complaint. ***********************
