The issue and initial transaction was 03/08/23.I paid $11,200 for two large limestone retaining walls. The nature of the dispute is the second wall is falling apart months after initial installation. The middle of the wall is settling lower and the rocks are moving/tilting out. Making uneven, wavy, not straight. Pictures attached are two months after install. Has gotten worse. After speaking with another landscaping business the original company installed incorrectly.I was able to get the business owner to meet me and look at the wall. I was told I could fix on my own. After frustration of trying fix on my own I was unable to do so. I was unable to move the large limestone rocks. Going back to the business owner a second time he said he would fix the wall, but would have to charge me a second time. I finally got him to agree that was unacceptable, and he said they would fix it. Since then I have not been able to get in contact with him.After getting quotes from other company's it turns out he installed wrong, and charged me more than competitors. It would cost me another $2,000 to get fixed from another business.
