I have tried multiple times to reach out to management at Brannon Industrial Group for ******************* issues. I tried speaking to the management of the Residential Group and have been told I should reach him directly. I have left voicemails for over three weeks, once a week, to address a lack of service and request for billing adjustment following an issue of services not provided. I have been ignored by this company, despite requesting communication about this lack of service and inaccuracy with this company's claimed delivery of service on their web site. There is no one to answer the phones or provide consistent customer service or call backs. I have had a relationship with this company for three years and this cold shoulder regarding this communication is deafening. It is clear they have not taking my complaint and concerns seriously. I have been ignored by this company.
